Մենք Ադրբեջանին հանձնել ենք իրենց բոլոր ռազմագերիներին ու քաղաքացիական անձանց, բայց այնտեղ կան 188 հաստատված, մի այդքան էլ՝ ենթադրյալ հայ ռազմագերիներ․ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյան
POLITICSՎստա՞հ եք, որ Հայաստանում ադրբեջանցի ռազմագերիներ և գերեվարված քաղաքացիական անձինք կան, որ կարողանանք բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց փոխանակում անել, ինչպես արձանագրված է նոյեմբերի 10-ի խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթղթում։ Ես նման վստահություն չունեմ։ Այս մասին ԱԺ եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստին, դիմելով ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արա Այվազյանին, ասաց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։
«Ի՞նչ է անում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն՝ բացի էմոցիոնալ հայտարարություններից, բացի նրանից, որ ասում է՝ աշխատում է։ Ի՞նչ է անում ռազմագերիների վերադարձի համար։ Ի՞նչ ենք անում ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում մեր մշակութային կոթողների հանդեպ խայտառակ վանդալիզմի դեմ։ Մինչ մենք այստեղ մտահոգվում ենք, ցավում ենք, տխրում ենք, նրանք ամեն օր ոչնչացնում են մեր մշակութային կոթողները։ Բացի մտահոգությունից՝ ի՞նչ առարկայական քայլեր ենք անում, որ այդ վանդալիզմը կանգնի, որ միջազգային կառույցները կոնկրետ քայլ անեն»,-հարցրեց պատգամավորը։
Արա Այվազյանն արձագանքեց՝ իրենք բազմիցս նշել են, որ ՀՀ-ն ամբողջությամբ կատարել է նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթի 8-րդ կետով նախատեսված պայմանավորվածությունը և Ադրբեջանին հանձնել է բոլոր գերիներին։ «Մենք միշտ մատնացույց ենք կատարել, որ Ադրբեջանը չի կատարել պարտականությունը։ Գնալով միջազգային ճնշումն աճում է թե՛ գերիների, թե՛ պատմամշակութային և կրոնական հուշարձանների վերաբերյալ»,-ասաց նախարարը։
Պատգամավորն արձագանքեց, թե կարևոր է, որ նշում են՝ հանձնել են բոլոր ռազմագերիներին ու քաղաքացիական անձանց։
«Մենք մինչև վերջին ռազմագերին ու քաղաքացիական անձը հանձնել ենք, հանձնել ենք անգամ 90-ականների պատերազմի ժամանակ թաղված ադրբեջանցի ռազմագերիների ոսկորները։ Իսկ միգուցե կարիք չկա՞ր ամեն ինչ հանձնել, երբ գիտենք՝ մենք ինչքան ռազմագերիներ ունենք։ Այսօր ունենք 188 հաստատված, մի այդքան էլ՝ ենթադրյալ ռազմագերիներ»,-ասաց Զոհրաբյանը։
Այվազյանն արձագանքեց, թե գերիների թիվն այդքան չէ, ուղղակի 188 անձը նշված է ՄԻԵԴ-ի կողմից։ «Թիվը տարբեր է, որը չեմ հնչեցնի»,-նշեց նա։
