Ռուսաստանն ունի մտահոգություններ, որոնք կապված են մինչև մայիսի 1-ն ամերիկյան զորքերն Աֆղանստանից չհեռացնելու հետևանքների հետ, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» լրատվական գործակալությունը՝ հղում տալով Աֆղանստանի հարցերով ՌԴ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնաց Զամիր Քաբուլովի, որը մասնակցում է «Ասիայի սիրտը, Ստամբուլցյան կոնվենցիա» համաժողովին։

«Թե ինչ հետևանքներ կարող են լինել, դեռևս հայտնի չէ, սակայն Բայդենի հայտարարությանը նախնական արձագանքն արդեն կա։ Նա նախազգուշացվել է այն մասին, որ ուղղակիորեն խախտում է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ Դոհայի համաձայնագիրը՝ դրանից բխող հետևանքներով», - ասել է Քաբուլովը։

Ըստ նրա, Ռուսաստանը պետք է մանրամասնորեն ուսումնասիրի Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահի այս հայտարարությունը և հասկանա, թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա:

Արձագանքելով Աֆղանստանի նախագահ Աշրաֆ Գանի հայտարարությանն այն մասին, որ Աֆղանստանում ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցվել են՝ ՌԴ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնացն ասել է, որ նման բան չի լսել և հավելել, որ Աֆղանստանում իրողությունը մի փոքր այլ է, սակայն ռազմական գործողությունները չեն դադարել։

Ռուս դիվանագետը հույս է հայտնել, որ Դուշանբեում կայանալիք համաժաղովը միայն դրական ազդեցություն կունենա բանակցությունների վրա և նշել, որ Աֆղանստանի կառավարությունում առկա հակասությունները խոչընդոտում են հարցի միջաֆղանական կարգավորմանը։

Ավելի վաղ Բայդենն ասել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ի համար դժվար կլինի պահպանել պայմանավորված ժամկետը և զորքերն Աֆղանստանից դուրս բերել մինչև մայիսի 1-ը՝ դրան վերագրելով «մարտավարական պատճառներ»: Միևնույն ժամանակ Բայդենը նշել էր, որ մտադիր չէ զորքերը երկար ժամանակ Աֆղանստանում թողնել, սակայն նրանց դուրսբերման ստույգ ամսաթիվը հայտնի չէ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ անցյալ տարի ԱՄՆ-ի և արմատական «Թալիբան» շարժման միջև ստորագրվել էր «պատմական համաձայնագիր», որը 18 տարի տևող պատերազմի առաջին խաղաղ համաձայնագիրն է և նախատեսում է 14 ամսվա ընթացքում երկրից դուրս բերել օտարերկրյա զորքերը և գերիների փոխանակումից հետո միջաֆղանական երկխոսության գործընթաց սկսել։
