Միջազգային հանրությունը ձեռքերը լվացել, մի կողմ է քաշվել։ Շուշիում հերթական հուշարձանի ոչնչացմանն անդրադառնալով, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց հնագետ, մշակութաբան, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Համլետ Պետրոսյանը։

«Միջազգային կառույցներին այդ մասին գրում, ուղարկում են, ահազանգում, բայց որևէ արդյունք չկա։ Իսկ հայ հասարակությունն այսօր իր ժառանգությունը պահպանելու գործում, ցավոք, ինքնուրույն գործոն չէ», ասում է հուշարձանագետը։

Հայաստանի իշխանության քաղաքականությունն արտաքին աշխարհին հուշո՞ւմ է, որ  հայկական պետականությունն ամեն ինչ անում է, որ իր հուշարձաններին տեր կանգնի, պաշտպանի․  «Ես չգիտեմ՝ իշխանությունն ընդհանրապես ինչ քաղաքականություն է վարում, բայց այս ասպարեզում բացարձակապես ոչինչ չի անում ու անգամ չեմ էլ պատկերացնում, թե ինչ կարող է անել։ Այն համակարգը, որ կարող էր գործել, բռունցք դառնալ, այդ բոլորն այսօր չկա։ Հայկական ժառանգությունը հայերի խնդիրն է, աշխարհն այդպես է մտածում, իսկ հայերը չեն կարող իրենց ժառանգությունը պահել, քանի որ այդպես էլ քաղաքական հանրույթ չդարձան։ Պետություն չկա և թշնամին ձեռ է առնում, տրավմա, ցավ է պատճառում։ Ասում է՝ ձեր ժառանգությունը ձեզ պետք չէ»,- նշում է հնագետը։

Հ․ Պետրոսյանը նաև շեշտում է, որ մենք այսօր կանգնած ենք ոչ միայն մշակութային, հոգևոր ժառանգությունը կորցնելու վտանգի առաջ։ Ըստ պրոֆեսորի՝ հայերի լինել-չլինելու խնդիր է դրված, իսկ հուշարձանների վանդալիզմը մեր անկարողության դրսևորումներից մեկն է։ Իսկ Ադրբեջանը, հուշարձանագետի կարծիքով, հստակ քաղաքականություն է որդեգրել և ունի աշխատող մեքենա, որը գործում է հայերի դեմ և նպատակ ունի վերացնել Հայաստանն ընդհանրապես։

«Հայությունը պետք է իր մեջ ուժ, ինքնակազմակերպվածություն, առաջնորդ գտնի, որը կմտածի ու քայլեր կիրականացնի», ընդգծում է նա։

Արցախում կատարված ու շարունակվող վանդալիզմի առնչությամբ միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցների լռությունը, մշակութաբանի դիտարկմամբ, պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ դրանք նախևառաջ քաղաքական կառույցներ են։

«ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում որոշումներ կայացնողների մեջ են Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը։ Իրենք հո արդար դատավոր չե՞ն։ Իսկ Արևմուտքը Հայաստանում ակտիվ է այնքանով, որքանով իր շահերին է համապատասխան։ Այսօր հայերի հանդեպ բացարձակ անտարբերություն է»։

Ի պատասպան հարցին, թե Արցախում ոչնչացնելով հայկական մշակութային, քաղաքակրթական հետքերը, Ադրբեջանը նպատակ ունի աշխարհին ապացուցելու, որ այդ տարածքները բնիկ ադրբեջանակա՞ն են, Հ․ Պետրոսյանն ասաց․

«Ադրբեջանի վանդալիզմը հայերին բնաջնջելու գլոբալ քաղաքականության մի բաղկացուցիչն է։ Նրանց նպատակը ոչ թե հայկական հուշարձաններ վերացնելն է, այլ տարածքն առանց հայերի ու նրանց հետքերի ունենալը։ Լավագույն դեպքում այնտեղ հայերը պիտի լինեն կրոնական հանրույթ, ինչպես Թուրքիայի տարածքում են եղել, ձայնները կտրած․ պետությունը, ղեկավարելը հայերի գործը չէ»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր տելեգրամյան ալիքները գրել էին, որ ադրբեջանցիները Շուշիում վանդալիզմի են ենթարկել Հայոց ցեղասպանության, Հայրենական պատերազմի և արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված կոթողը։
