Այսօր հայ ժողովրդի ճակատագիրը կախված է մեզանից, ինչպես երբեք: Մենք պետք է կարողանանք պահպանել մեր պետության և նրա կառավարման համակարգի կայունությունը: Մենք իրավունք չունենք տրվել հույզերին և թույլ տալ քայլեր, որոնք էլ ավելի կբարդացնեն ներկա իրավիճակը:

Դուք բոլորդ լավ գիտեք, ես հասարակ սպա եմ, որը ազնվորեն վճարել է իր պարտքը հայրենիքին ճակատում եւ հիմա էլ շարունակում եմ: Ես չեմ հետապնդում քաղաքական կամ անձնական որևէ նպատակ: Ես նաև կոչ եմ անում բոլոր մյուսներին, ովքեր այսօր խաղում են ցանկացած նշանակալից սոցիալական դեր, վեր լինել նեղ քաղաքական, կորպորատիվ կամ այլ շահերից:

Կարծում եմ, որ այս իրավիճակից ելքեր գտնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել Քաղաքացիական խորհուրդ, որում ընդգրկված կլինեն մտավորականության ներկայացուցիչներ, հասարակական քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնց վստահում է մեր հասարակությունը: Ես կարող եմ ստանձնել այս հասարակական մարմնի գործունեության համակարգումը: Քաղաքացիական խորհուրդը կաշխատի Արշակունյաց 5 հասցեում, կարող եք կապվել մեզ հետ 010 52 6465 կամ 091 35 8928 հեռախոսահամարներով:
