Անօգուտ հանձնաժողով, անօգուտ աշխատանք. ինչ ունենք քառօրյա պատերազմից 5 տարի անց. «Ժողովուրդ»

Այսօր լրանում է 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմի 5-րդ տարին: Եվ մինչ թվում էր՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմը պետք է դաս լինի բոլոր իշխանությունների համար, 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմն ավելի ցավոտ հետեւանքներ ունեցավ, անդառնալի կորուստներ կրեցինք:
Մինչեւ 44-օրյա պատերազմը ներկայիս իշխանությունները խոստանում էին բացահայտումներ կատարել նախորդ իշխանությունների արարքների մասին եւ այդ նպատակով խորհրդարանում անգամ ստեղծել էին 2016 թվականի ապրիլին ծավալված ռազմական գործողությունների հանգամանքները ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողով: Ժամանակավոր նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հոխորտում էր, թե բացահայտումներ են անելու, որ նախորդ իշխանությունների օրոք պատերազմը պայմանավորված է եղել, զենք ու փամփուշտ չի եղել եւ այլն։
Հանձնաժողով էր այցելել անգամ ՀՀԿ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, սակայն շուրջ երկու տարվա գործունեությունից հետո ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ ապրիլյան քննիչ հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունն այդպես էլ չհրապարակվեց, եւ ավելին՝ ուսումնասիրությունների ընթացքում պարզ դարձավ, որ շատ բաներ պարզապես միֆ են եղել: Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ասել էր. «Բանակային յուրաքանչյուր միջոցառում վերլուծվում, եւ արդյունքներն ամփոփվում են։ Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ապրիլյան պատերազմը չի՞ վերլուծվել, դասեր չե՞ն քաղվել։ Անկասկած քաղաքացիական վերահսկողությունը ԶՈՒ նկատմամբ, նոր, թարմ հայացքն ինչ-որ մի բան կարող է հուշել, բայց նորից եմ ասում՝ ես լինեի, այդ հանձնաժողովը չէի կազմի»: Ի պատասխան՝ հանձնաժողովի անդամ Քրիստինե Պողոսյանն ասել էր. «Սեյրան Օհանյանը սարսափի մեջ է, թող հանգստացնող դեղեր խմի, հանգիստ նստի տեղը»:
Բայց այսքանից հետո Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի գլխավորած հանձնաժողովն այդպես էլ չկատարեց իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրը, եզրակացության հրապարակումը ընդհանրապես դարձավ հակաօրինական, իսկ արդեն 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել քննել արդեն այս իշխանությունների արարքները: Մինչ այդ պետք է արձանագրել, որ մեր հողերի հանձնման գործընթացի սկիզբը դրվեց 2016 թվականին՝ Լելե Թեփեի բարձունքով։
