«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության հայտարարությունը ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ

«Ժառանգությունը» կուսակցությունը սատարում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման դեմ ուղղված քաղաքացիական շարժմանը՝ խստորեն դատապարտելով հունիսի 23-ի վաղ առավոտյան խաղաղ ցուցարարների եւ լրագրողների հանդեպ սանձազերծված բռնարարքներն ու հալածանքները, որոնց հետեւանքով բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ ստացան տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ոստիկանության կողմից ապօրինաբար բերման ենթարկված շուրջ 240 հոգու մեջ կային նաեւ «Ժառանգության» ակտիվիստներ, որոնցից կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Ֆիլիպ Արզումանյանին քաղաքացիական հագուստով ոստիկանները ծեծի էին ենթարկել Բաղրամյան պողոտայից հեռու՝ Ազատության հրապարակում: Իրավապահ մարմիններից պահանջում ենք անհապաղ հետաքննություն սկսել եւ արժանի պատիժ տալ անօրինությունների հեղինակներին ու սադրիչներին:
Հոսանքի թանկացման շուրջ Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը եւս մեկ անգամ ցույց տվեց այսօրվա իշխանակարգի հանցավոր դեմքը: Բնակչությունն իր արդարացի վրդովմունքն է հայտնում ՀԷՑ-երի իրականացրած հերթական կողոպուտի ու բացահայտ աչքակապության առնչությամբ, որը պատշաճ ուշադրության փոխարեն արժանանում է բիրտ ուժի գործադրման:
Ստեղծված իրադրությունում «ԺԱՌԱՆԳՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ» կուսակցությունն արձանագրում է.
• Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման հայտը եւ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից իրականացվող անարդյունավետ կառավարումն արտացոլում են ՀՀ-ում գործող «բնական մենաշնորհների» ճշմարտացի պատկերը: Վերջինս, ինչպես նաեւ ռուսական կառավարման տրված մյուս ընկերությունները՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» եւ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղիներ»-ը, դարձել են նոր սեփականատերերի, վայ-կառավարիչների ու հայ պաշտոնյաների համատեղ թալանի աղբյուր, որի համար հատուցում է թշվառության հասցված ժողովուրդը:
• ՀԷՑ-երի վիճակը միաժամանակ երկրի կառավարման ողջ համակարգի պարզ արտացոլանքն է. հարաճուն վարկերը (պարտքերը), իշխանությունների ցոփ ու շվայտ կյանքը, ուռճացված ծախսերը մի օր վերջնականապես ջլատելու են անկախ պետականության հիմքերը:
«Ժառանգությունը» շարունակելու է ակտիվորեն աջակցել քաղաքացիների արդար բողոքի հրապարակային գործողություններին՝ համարելով, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի չհիմնավորված թանկացումը, որը հասարակության առջեւ ծառացած ներքին լրջագույն մարտահրավերներից մեկն է, պետք է անհապաղ հանգուցալուծվի, այլապես կարող է շղթայական ռեկացիայով իր հետեւից բերել սոցիալական աղետի հանգեցնող մի շարք այլ թանկացումներ:
