Արսեն Թորոսյանը վարչապետից թաքուն մարդկանց է թիրախավորում. մի ողջ հիմնարկ աշխատավարձ չի ստացել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի «Հանրային կապերի եւ տեղեկատվության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում աշխատանքային մթնոլորտը գնալով լարվում է: 2021 թվականի հունվարի 18-ին, երբ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյան նշանակվեց վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, կամայական որոշումներ են կայացվում մի շարք ոլորտներում։ Դրանց հերթով անդրադառնալու ենք:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը ահազանգեր է ստացել, այսպես ասած, «ֆեյքերի ՊՈԱԿ» -ի աշխատակիցներից, որ աշխատավարձը ուշացվել է: Այդ ուշացումը վարչապետին կից պետական ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպության աշխատակիցները կապում են հենց Արսեն Թորոսյանի հետ, որը մարդկանց անհիմն ազատումների հրահանգներ է տվել, մի ողջ բաժիններ փակելու պահանջներ ներկայացրել: Վերջին շրջանում ՊՈԱԿ-ում լարված են աշխատում գրեթե բոլորը, քանի որ հախուռն, անձնավորված հրահանգները հոգնեցրել են արդեն բոլորին: Արսեն Թորոսյանին ով դուր չի գալիս, միանգամից պահանջում է ազատել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի ստացած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ի հիմնական աշխատանքային երկու ուղղությունններից՝ վերլուծական եւ ստեղծագործական, Թորոսյանը դժգոհ է հատկապես վերլուծական բաժնից։
Մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ կոնֆլիկտային իր բնավորությամբ հայտնի (մամուլն այդ մասին շատ է գրել) Թորոսյանը թիրախավորում է մարդկանց, հրահանգում պիտակավորել, վարկաբեկել նրանց համացանցում «ֆեյքեր»-ով եւ ՊՈԱԿ-ի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող անհայտ ծագման «ֆեյք» կայքերով: Թեեւ հաճախ դա անում է վարչապետի անունից, բայց անգամ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Լիլի Մինասյանը մի քանի անձերի մասով արդեն հասցրել է ճշտել վարչապետից, որ նա տեղյակ չի եղել Թորոսյանի ինքնագործունեությունից: Մի խոսքով, Թորոսյանն իրեն ազատություն է շնորհել. տեսնենք` մինչեւ ուր կհասնի, քանի որ մի պաշտոնյա էլ կար վարչապետի շրջապատում, նույնկերպ էր իրեն դրսեւորում, սկանդալով հեռացվեց»:
