25-ամյա Լիլիթը 0-ից ընտանեկան բիզնես է ստեղծել
SOCIETYԽալաթյանների ընտանիքն իրենց փոքրիկ ռեստորան-հյուրատանը «տեղավորել» է ամբողջ Վայոց ձորը. ավանդական ուտեստները, ավանդույթները, կենցաղն ու մշակույթը 25-ամյա Լիլիթն ու իր ընտանիքը ներկայացնում են տեղացի ու արտասահմանցի հյուրերին:
Հյուրընկալությունը Խալաթյանների ընտանիքում փոխանցվել է սերնդեսերունդ: Դեռ 1994թ.-ին Լիլիթի պապն ընդունում էր արտասահմանցի հյուրերին, ներկայացնում լավաշի պատրաստման արարողությունը, հայկական ավանդույթները, հայկական ընտանեկան սեղան գցում և նոր միայն ճանապարհում: Ընտանեկան հյուրասիրությունն ու ավանդույթներն այժմ Լիլիթն է շարունակում, բայց արդեն որպես բիզնես: «Ընկուզենու տակ». Խալաթյաններն այսպես կոչեցին իրենց ռեստորան-հյուրատունն ու մեկնարկեցին ընտանեկան բիզնեսը:
Լիլիթին բիզնես գիտելիքների զարգացման գործում ձեռք մեկնեց Ակբա բանկը՝ սկսնակ ձեռներեցների համար իրականացվող դասընթացով:
«Դասընթացը մեզ համար մոտիվացիայի աղբյուր դարձավ, նաև՝ կայուն կազմակերպված աշխատանքի սկիզբ, օգնեց թիմային աշխատել: Գործունեության սկզբում սա կարևոր ձեռքբերում է: Երիտասարդ լինելով մի քիչ ամբիցիոզ ես լինում, իսկ դասընթացն օգնում է, որ բիզնեսն ու աշխատանքային պրոցեսը դիտարկեմ այլ կողմով և ավելի մտածված», - նշում է երիտասարդ գործարար Լիլիթը։
