Վերջին շրջանում ակնհայտորեն չափազանց ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալող Խաչիկ Ասրյանի և Հայոց Արծիվների գործունեությունը, իհարկե, չէր կարող անուշադրության մատնվել տարատեսակ պրոիշխանական և գրանտակեր շրջանակների համար, և ինչպես միշտ, խուսափելով առ ճակատ հարցադրումներից, երբեմն թաքնվելով ֆեյք օգտահաշիվների տակ՝ մեկնաբանություններում թաքուն թույն են տարածում՝ թե բա ուր էին Խաչիկ Ասրյանը և իր Արծիվները պատերազմի օրերին:
 
Չգիտեմ, երևի Արծիվների սխալն էլ կա, որ չեն գովազդել, չեն լուսաբանել իրենց մասնակցությունը պատերազմին, բայց չեմ կարծում, որ այդ թույն ու թարախ տարածող շրջանակները չգիտեն, որ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 29-ը՝ ուղիղ մեկ ամիս, Արցախի Մարտունու շրջանի առաջնագծի իրենց վստահված բնագծի պաշտպանությունը բարձր կարգապահությամբ իրականացրել է «Հայոց Արծիվներ» կամավորական ջոկատը՝ գնդապետ Խաչիկ Ասրյանի գլխավորությամբ: Սա պետք է ականջին օղ անեն բոլորը, ովքեր դասալիքի նման թաքնվելով տաքուկ տեղերում՝ այսօր փորձում են սևացնել մարդկանց անցած ուղին:
 
Միայն մի հատված կմեջբերեմ պատերազմի դաժան օրերին հրապարակված թերթերից մեկի ռեպորտաժից.
 
«Պարզվում է՝ կրակագծում նույնպես Խաչիկ Ասրյանն ունի իր յուրօրինակ ու հայրենաշունչ գաղափարախոսությունը կամ պատվիրանների ամբողջությունը, որ ներկայումս թեւածում է կրակագծի այդ հատվածում:
-Յուրաքանչյուր զինվորի, կամավորականի ասում եմ՝ «Դուք ունեք երկու առաքելություն՝ պահպանել ձեր կյանքը եւ պահպանել հայոց սուրբ հողը: Բայց, եթե երկուսի միջեւ ընտրություն կատարելու խնդիր առաջանա, պարտավոր եք նախապատվությունը տալ այս առաքելությանը՝ «Պաշտպանել հայոց սուրբ հողը»՝ զոհաբերելով ձեր կյանքը»,- ասաց Խաչիկ Ասրյանը»:
