«Սիրելի մայրեր, դուստրեր, քույրեր,
Սիրելի կանայք,
Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Մայրության և գեղեցկության տոնի առթիվ:
Արդեն երկու տարի անընդմեջ այս տոնը մենք անցկացնում ենք բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում. նախ համավարակը, ապա նաև Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմը բոլորիս պահեցին տագնապի և ցավի մեջ:
Այս ծանր ժամանակաշրջանում դուք ձեր ուժով և էներգիայով կարողանում եք գոտեպնդել ձեր ընտանիքներին, մտերիմներին, միմյանց, ինքներդ էլ մնալ ամուր` ձեր ուսերին կրելով ծառացած խնդիրների ու դժվարությունների ծանր բեռը՝ տանը, ռազմի դաշտում, բուժհաստատությունում, ուսումնական հաստատությունում, աշխատանքային և հանրային ցանկացած ոլորտում, որտեղ գործունեություն եք ծավալում։
Սիրելի մայրեր,
խոնարհվում եմ ձեր առաջ՝ այն դաստիարակության և կրթության համար, որ դուք տալիս եք ձեր զավակներին` մեր երկրի արժանի քաղաքացիներին։ Խոնարհումի առանձնակի խոսքեր եմ հղում Արցախյան պատերազմներում նահատակված մեր եղբայրների մայրերին, կանանց, քույրերին ու դուստրերին:
Հասկանում եմ, որ ոչինչ չի կարող սփոփել ձեզ, բայց և վստահ եմ՝ ուժեղ, ծաղկուն, ինքնավստահ ու զարգացող հայրենիքն է, որ պիտի սպեղանի դառնա ձեր վերքերին:
Սփոփանքի խոսքեր եմ հղում մեր գերեվարված հայրենակիցների մայրերին, կանանց, դուստրերին և քույրերին. մենք ամեն հնարավորն արել եւ անում ենք՝ մեր եղբայրներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու համար:
Ցավով եմ հիշում, որ մեր գերեվարված հայրենակիցների մեջ դեռևս կին կա, և իմ ցավը թող ուժ ու կորով դառնա նրա ու մեր բոլոր գերեվարված հայրենակիցների համար՝ միասին հաղթահարելու այս փորձությունը:
Սիրելի կանայք,
համոզված եմ, որ միասին՝ ուս ուսի տված, կկարողանանք մեր երկիրը ոտքի կանգնեցնել` աշխատելով հանուն զարգացող, շենացող ու առաջ նայող Հայաստանի ու Արցախի։
Վստահ եմ` որևէ դժվարություն չի կարող ընկճել ձեզ։ Հայրենիքը շեն ու բարեկեցիկ, ազատ ու երջանիկ տեսնելու մեր ոգին երբեք չի հանձնվի»:
