POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր որոշումներ է ստորագրել.
Հիմք ընդունելով «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքի 66-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանին նշանակել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» և «Կուսակցությունների մասին» սահմանադրական օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը (Պ-873-23.02.2021-ՊԻ-011/0) քննարկելիս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ (հարակից զեկուցող):
Հիմք ընդունելով «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 34-րդ հոդվածը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2021 թվականի մարտի 9-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ նշանակելու մասին» N 221-Ա որոշման մեջ «Վահե Դանիելյանին» բառերը փոխարինել «Սուրեն Գրիգորյանին» բառերով:
Հիմք ընդունելով «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքի 66-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանին նշանակել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում «Պետական տուրքի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագիծը քննարկելիս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ:
Հիմք ընդունելով «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 34-րդ հոդվածը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ (հարակից զեկուցող) նշանակելու մասին» N 318-Ա որոշման մեջ «Նունե Պետրոսյանին» բառերը փոխարինել «Դավիթ Գրիգորյանին» բառերով:
