13-ամյա Ջեյքոբին սպառնում է արտաքսում Հայաստան, որտեղ նա երբեք չի եղել
SOCIETYԱվելի քան 150 հազար մարդ խնդրագիր է ստորագրել՝ Նիդեռլանդների արդարադատության նախարարությանը կոչ անելով վերանայել հայկական արմատներով 13-ամյա սիրիացի տղային Հայաստան արտաքսելու մասին որոշումը, հաղորդում է Dutch News-ը` մանրամասնելով, որ տղան նախկինում երբեք չի եղել Հայաստանում:
Ջեյքոբը և նրա մայրը՝ Թինան, զրկվել են Նիդեռլանդներում մնալու իրավունքից, քանի որ ներգաղթի ծառայությունը որոշել է՝ նրանք հեռավոր ազգականների միջոցով կարող են Հայաստանում բնակություն հաստատել։
Ինչպես մանրամասնում է աղբյուրը, Թինան իր և որդու համար հայկական անձնագրեր է ստացել, որպեսզի կարողանա Եվրոպա մեկնելու այցագիր ստանալ, այլ ոչ թե մաքսանենգների միջոցով փախչի պատերազմի հետևանքով ավերակների վերածվող Դամասկոսից։
Նշվում է, որ այդ որոշումը կայացնելուն նպաստել է այն, որ մի օր Ջեյքոբը վիրավորվել է ռումբի պայթյունից, որի հետևանքով զոհվել է նրա ընկերներից մեկը։
Ուստի կեղծ այցագրերով Թինան, որն այդ ժամանակ 26 տարեկան է եղել, և նրա որդին, որը 8 տարեկան էր, փոքրիկ նավակով Միջերկրական ծովով ուղևորվել են Եվրոպա։
Բայց քանի որ Հայաստանը դասվում է անվտանգ երրորդ երկրների շարքին, բազմիցս մերժվել է նրան ու Ջեյքոբին Նիդեռլանդներում մնալու իրավունք շնորհելու խնդրանքը, հաղորդում է Dutch News-ը՝ նշելով, որ Ջեյքոբին և նրա մորն այժմ սպառնում են Հայաստան արտաքսել․ երկիր, որտեղ տղան երբևէ չի եղել, իսկ մայրը եղել է ընդամենը 4 օրով։
Երկրի պատգամավորները արդարադատության փոխնախարար Անկա Բրուկերս Կնոլին այս գործով մի շարք հարցեր են տվել, մասնավորապես՝ նա, այնուամենայնիվ, պատրա՞ստ է փորձել հասնել նրան, որ ընտանիքը կացության կարգավիճակ ստանա:
Փախստական երեխաների կացության իրավունքների կանոններում փոփոխությունները նշանակում են, որ նախարարն այլևս իրավունք չունի իր հայեցողությամբ քննելու բարդ գործերը: Թինայի մայրը, տատիկը և եղբայրը Նիդեռլանդներում ապաստան են ստացել, հայտնում է RTL Nieuws-ը:
