Ապրիլի 5-ին, ժամը 16.40-ին, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ ստացվեց ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին. դանակահարված վիճակում բուժօգնության էր տեղափոխվել Եղեգնաձորի բնակիչ, 43-ամյա մի տղամարդ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից: Օպերատիվ խումբը հիվանդանոցի ճանապարհին էր, երբ ստացվեց երկրորդ ահազանգը: Հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխվել Գետափ գյուղի բնակիչ, 37-ամյա մի տղամարդ՝ դարձյալ դանակահարված:

Փորձառու ոստիկաններն արագ համադրեցին այս երկու տեղեկությունն ու առաջ քաշեցին վարկած, ինչը շատ արագ հիմնավորվեց: Նրանք հիշել էին փետրվարի 22-ին Գետափ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը: Փետրվարի 22-ին ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնում ստացվել էր հիվանդանոցային ահազանգ. ծանր վնասվածքներով բուժօգնության էր տեղափոխել Գետափի բնակիչ, 63-ամյա մի տղամարդ:

Մինչ ոստիկանները ձեռնարկում էին միջոցառումներ` փետրվարի 24-ին հիվանդանոցից ստացվում է նոր ահազանգ՝ տղամարդը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել էր: Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Եղեգնաձորի քրեական հետախույզները համագործակցեցին քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր և Վայոց ձորի մարզային վարչությունների գործընկերների, նաև տարածքային նախաքննական մարմնի աշխատակիցների հետ:

Պարզվեց, որ փետրվարի 22-ին, երեկոյան ժամը 8.30-ի սահմաններում, Գետափ գյուղում ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 63-ամյա տղամարդու առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս էր պատճառել եղեգնաձորցի 44-ամյա մի տղամարդ: Փետրվարի 24-ին նա ձերբակալվում է, փետրվարի 26-ին` կալանավորվում:

Այսօր էլ 44-ամյա եղեգնաձորցին կալանավայրում է, իսկ փետրվարի 5-ին հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված 43-ամյա տղամարդը նրա եղբայրն է: Իսկ երբ այս ամենին համադրվեց հանգամանքը, որ այդ օրը Գետափի բնակիչ, 63-ամյա տղամարդու քառասունքն էր, պարզ դարձավ, որ կատարվածը վրեժ է:

Ձեռնարկվեցին հատուկ միջոցառումներ` հետագա հնարավոր զարգացումները կանխելու ուղղությամբ:

Դեպքը տեղի էր ունեցել նույն օրը, ժամը 16.30-ի սահմաններում, Եղեգնաձորի Երևանյան խճուղու ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետում, որի 43-ամյա տերն առաջինն էր տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց: Արագ պարզվեց, որ հոր քառասունքի արարողությունից հետո հանգուցյալի 35-ամյա և 29-ամյա որդիները վիճել էին իրենց հորը մահացու վնասվածք հասցնողի եղբոր հետ: Վեճին ներկա էին ևս երկու գետափցի: Այդ ընթացքում ավագ եղբայրը ծալովի դանակով խփել էր տեխսպասարկման կետի տիրոջ գլխին, մեջքին և պարանոցին, մեկ անգամ էլ` համագյուղացու որովայնին: Այս հարվածն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, պատահական էր. նախնական տվյալներով՝ նա փորձել էր բաժանել կողմերին և այդ ընթացքում էլ դանակահարվել էր: Միջադեպի ընթացքում հանգուցյալի կրտսեր որդին էլ բռունցքով էր մի քանի անգամ խփել 43-ամյա եղեգնաձորցու դեմքին:

Նրանք բերման են ենթարկվել բաժին: Ավագ եղբայրը ձերբակալվել է, ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու և դեպքի մյուս հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
