SOCIETY«Ռազմագերիների հանձնելու հարցը լուծված է և փակված: Իր պարտավորություններին համապատասխան՝ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին է հանձնել բոլոր ռազմագերիներին»,- այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովն` ԻՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ հանդիպմանը հաջորդած մամուլի ասուլիսում:
«Որպեսզի զինվորականները համարվեն ռազմագերիներ, նրանք պետք է ձերբակալված լինեն ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ: Նրանք, ովքեր ավելի ուշ ձերբակալվել են հակաահաբեկչական գործողության արդյունքում, կարող են կոչվել ահաբեկիչներ, բայց ոչ ռազմագերիներ», - ասել է Բայրամովը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Բաքվից հայ ռազմագերիներին տեղափոխող ինքաթիռը Երեւան է ժամանել դատարկ։
ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակից հայտնոլ են, որ գերիների հետ վերադարձը կրկին հետաձգվում է:
«Գերիների հետ վերադարձը, ցավոք, կրկին հետաձգվում է, քանի որ հակառակորդի կողմից նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետը ի կատար չի ածվում, ինչը հետպատերազմական մարդասիրական գործընթացի կոպիտ խախտում է»,- ասված է մեկնաբանության մեջ։
