«Իրավունք»․ Ինչ է իրականում կատարվում Արցախի Կարմիր Շուկա գյուղում

«Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանի ցանկացած քաղաքական գործիչ ինքնահաստատման առումով այս փուլում, կեղծ հայրենասիրական օրակարգով փորձում է մեղադրել իրենց, իբր պատրաստվում են ինչ-որ գործարքներ իրականացնել՝ ինչ-որ նպատակներով: «Ուզում եմ այդ կեղծ հայրենասերներին հարցնել՝ ուր էին, երր Կարմիր Շուկան ավելի քան 15 օր վտանգված էր, և ամեն մի վայրկյան հակառակորդը փորձում էր զավթել, խլել Կարմիր Շուկան... Մենք Կարմիր Շուկայում 150 տուն ենք կառուցում, և այդ մարդիկ մեզ մեղադրում են, որ Կարմիր Շուկան պատրաստվում ենք հանձնել», - ասել էր Հարությունյանը:
Իսկ թե իրականում ինչ է կատարվում Կարմիր Շուկայում, «Իրավունքը» հետաքրքրվեց ԱՀ Արցախի «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանից:
Վերջերս ենք եղել Կարմիր Շուկայում, երբ մոտենում էինք, ադրբեջանական բեռնատարների մեծ շարասյուն նկատեցինք, որոնք, փաստորեն, նույն ճանապարհով էին անցնում, ինչ մենք: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ Շոշ գյուղի հենց մեջտեղով է անցնում ճանապարհը, իսկ մի կողմում դպրոցն է: Այսինքն՝ այդ մեքենաներն անցնելու էին հենց անմիջապես դպրոցի կողքով, և երեխաները պատուհաններից ամեն օր տեսնում են այդ պատկերը:
Այդ ճանապարհը միասին օգտագործում են, այսինքն՝ երեխաներն անցնում են նույն ճանապարհը, որով անցնում են թշնամու մեքենաների շարասյունը: Իհարկե, այդ շարասյանն ուղեկցում էին ռուս խաղաղապահները: Իսկ Կարմիր Շուկայում հենց գյուղի միջով էլի անցնում է ճանապարհ։ Երբ այնտեղ էինք, այդ օրը արևոտ եղանակ էր, և տղամարդիկ, կանայք, երեխաները, բոլորը դրսում էին, իսկ այդ մեքենաներն անցնում են...
Երբ խոսում էինք գյուղացիների հետ, ասացին, որ անցնելիս ծիծաղում են մեքենաների միջից և անընդհատ նկարում են: Գիտեք, սա ոչ թե տհաճ, այլ անհասկանալի երևույթ է քաղաքացու համար, բայց երբ վերլուծում ես, հասկանում ես, որ Հայաստանի այսօրվա իշխանությունները, պարզապես, դեռևս տարիներ առաջ էր ասել այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ: Հանրությունը լուրջ չէր վերաբերվում, որ ասում էին պետք է ադրբեջանցիների հետ ապրել, պետք է և տնտեսական հարաբերություններ ունենալ նրանց հետ, ինչպես մնացած բոլոր պետությունների հետ: Այսօր, փաստորեն, սա իրականանում է Արցախում»,-գրում է թերթը:
