«Մի շտապեք վաճառել ձեր դոլարները
Որքան կանխատեսել էր դրամի արժեզրկումն, այնքան սպասելի էր, որ գործող իշխանությունների շահերը սպասարկող կենտրոնական բանկը կվերսկսի դոլարային ներարկումներ անել արտաժույթի շուկայում, ինչի հետևանով այսօր մոտ 10 դրամով արժևորվեց դրամը։ Դրամի շարունակվող արժեզրկումն առաջացնում է գնաճ, որն էլ սոցիալական մեծ դժգոհությունների առիթ է դառնում։
Տնտեսական անկման, ներդրումների կրճատման և բացասական սպասումների պայմաններում նույնիսկ արտարժութային պահուստների մսխելու միջոցով կենտրոնական բանկին չի հաջովելու երկար պահել դոլար/դրամ փոխարժեքը 520-530 դրամի միջակայքում։
Հիշեցնեմ նաև, որ կենտրոնական բանկն արդեն իսկ նոյեմբերին՝ 60 մլն դոլար, դեկտեմբերին՝ մոտ 51 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, 2021 թ. հունվարին մոտ 46,8 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար է բաց թողել արտարժույթի շուկա։ Իսկ հունվարին ՀՀ կառավարությունն էլ իր հերթին 750 մլն դոլարի դոլարային պարտատոմսեր է թողարկել և տեղաբաշխել»։
