«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Դրամը շարունակում է արժեզրկվել: Այս առումով կան տաբեր տեսակետներ: «Աուդիտորների միության» նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ դոլարի փոխարժեքն առաջիկայում կբարձրանա ու կհասնի 550-ի, որից հետո կայունացում կլինի:
Ըստ մասնագետի, արտարժույթի բարձրացումն, ամեն դեպքում, ավելի շատ մանիպուլ յատիվ բնույթ ունի: Դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ մասնագետները կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ դրամը արհեստականորեն է տևական ժամանակ հարաբերականորեն կայուն պահվել:
«Այո, կար այդ վարկածը, որ արհեստական էր պահվում: Բայց երբ դասական վերլուծություն ենք կատարում ու դիտարկում մեր առևտրային հաշվեկշիռը, ինչպես նաև արտարժույթի ներհոսքը մեր երկրում, ապա տեսնում ենք, որ մի քիչ դրամի արժեզրկման պահանջ կար: Երբ մենք անցնենք ֆիքսված փոխարժեքի պահպանմանը, դա վաղ թե ուժ տնտեսական լուրջ կոլապսի կբերի, և այդ առումով, այո, վտանգ կա:Բայց ասել, որ ֆիքսված փոխարժեք չպահելով ու միայն ԿԲ-ի կողմից գների կայունությունն ապահովելով՝ մենք կոլապսի չենք ենթարկվելու, ճիշտ չի լինի, որովհետև մենք արդեն հիմա տեսնում ենք այդ կոլապսը»,-ասաց Սարգսյանը:
Մասնագետը նաև հավելեց, որ հիմա տնտեսությունը չի շնչում, կարելի է ասել՝ կանգնած վիճակում է: «Եթե ԿԲ-ն ևս երեք ամսով ինտերվենցիայի և պահուստների փոշիացման գնաց, երեք ամիս հետո որևէ ազդեցություն չի կարողանալու ունենալ ֆինանսական շուկայի վրա: Այսինքն, այստեղ ոչ այդքան ԿԲ-ի գործառույթին պետք է սպասենք, այլ կառավարության: Չեմ կարծում, որ ԿԲ-ում անհեռատես կգտնվեն, այնտեղ պրոֆեսիոնալներ են աշխատում: Եթե անգամ ինտերվենցիա իրականացնեն, այն շատ կարճաժամկետ ու շատ փոքր ծավալով կլինի»,-ամփոփեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
