ՀՀ ՄԻՊ–ը Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նախագահի հետ քննարկել է ՌԴ-ում հայերի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերը

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն ապրիլի 10-ին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանին, տեղեկացնում է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Ռուսաստանում մշտապես կամ ժամանակավորապես բնակվող կամ աշխատող մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերն ու նրանց հուզող խնդիրները: Դրանց թվում են եղել նաև այն հարցրերը, որոնց ՀՀ քաղաքացիները բախվում են ՌԴ-ում արտագնա աշխատանքի ընթացքում:
Հանդիպման ժամանակ ամփոփվել են այն հարցերը, որոնք Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության համագործակցությամբ լուծվել են, այդ թվում՝ կապված նոր կորոնավիրուսային (COVID-19) համավարակի պայմաններում ընտանիքների միավորման, երեխաների մանկապարտեզ կամ դպրոց հաճախելու, բժշկական օգնության հետ և այլն: Համատեղ աշխատանքի այս կարևոր փորձը դարձել է արդյունավետ և գործում է արդեն տևական ժամանակ:
Արման Թաթոյանն ընդգծել է տարբեր ձևաչափերով երկու կառույցների համատեղ աշխատանքի փորձը: Մասնավորապես, միջազգային լավագույն պրակտիկայի օրինակ է ՌԴ մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատար Տատյանա Մոսկալկովայի եւ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից ՌԴ-ում բնակվող կամ աշխատող մեր հայրենակիցների համատեղ ընդունելությանը Մոսկվա քաղաքում, որին ակտիվ մասնակցություն են ունեցել ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանը, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանը:
Արա Աբրահամյանը նաև ներկայացրել է Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության այն ծրագրերը, որոնք ուղղված են ՌԴ-ում հայերի իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, որոնց իրականացմանը Պաշտպանը հայտնել է աջակցության պատրաստակամություն:
Կողմերը հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվել են հետագայում ևս նույն սկզբունքով առաջնային ուշադրության ներքո պահել մեր հայրենակիցների բարձրացրած կամ նրանց հուզող խնդիրները, քննարկել են նաև համագործակցության զարգացմանն ուղղված հարցեր։
