Արտարժույթի բարձրացումն ավելի շատ մանիպուլյատիվ բնույթ ունի

«Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի կանխատեսմամբ դոլարի փոխարժեքն առաջիկայում էլի կբարձրանա, որից հետո կայունացում կլինի:
Ըստ մասնագետի, արտարժույթի բարձրացումն ավելի շատ մանիպուլյատիվ բնույթ ունի: Արտահանումը, տրանսֆերտները կրճատվում են, ներգնա տուրիզմն էլ, կարելի է ասել, բացակայում է, ներդրումներ ևս չկան: Այսինքն, արտարժույթի ներհոսք չկա, և արտարժույթի լուրջ պահանջարկ է առաջանում: Ինչպես բոլոր ապրանքների, այնպես էլ դոլարի պահանջարկի ավելացման դեպքում գինը պետք է բարձրանար:
Մեկ այլ գործոն էլ կա, որին տնտեսագետը ամենաշատն է հակված, այն է՝ այս արժեզրկումը պետության կողմից իրականացվող մանիպուլյացիա է՝ որոշակի ցանկալի արդյունք ստանալու համար:
Մեծ հաշվով, փոխարժեքի բարձրացման պայմաններում տեղի է ունենում գնաճ, ավելանում է ՀՆԱ-ն, իսկ կառավարությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ տնտեսությունը սկսել է վերականգնվել: Սա առաջին սուտն է, որը նշված մանիպուլ յացիայի միջոցով փորձում են հիմնավորել ու թոզ փչել ժողովրդի աչքին: Այսինքն, փոխարժեքի տատանման հետևանքով առաջացնում են կեղծ ՀՆԱ, կեղծ տնտեսական ակտիվություն, բացի այդ, ավելի շատ հարկ են գեներացնում պետեական բյուջե:
Նաիրի Սարգսյանի խոսքով նման գնաճի պայմաններում աշխատավարձեր բարձրացնելն ոչ թե անտրամաբանական են, այլ հանցագործություն են: Սահմանափակ բյուջեի պայմաններում ծախսերի, ընդ որում՝ ընթացիկ ծախսերի ավելացումը ոչ մի արժեք չի ստեղծում, դա շատ խիստ վտանգավոր է և կարող է դեֆոլտի հանգեցնել: Կառավարության անհեռատես քաղաքականությունը, պոպուլիզմը, ամեն գնով առաջիկա ընտրություններին քվեների կորզումը երկիրը կործանման է տանում: Եվ խաղադրույքը կատարում են հենց այն մասսայի վրա, որը չի գիտակցում տնտեսության անկումն ու դրանից բխող աղետալի հետևանքները: Աշխատավարձի բարձրացումը և նման հայտարարություններն այս պահին իրենց դուր են գալիս, բայց մոտ երկու տարի հետո կհասկանան, որ աշխատավարձի ժամանակավոր բարձրացումից են միայն գոհ եղել: Ու թեև կսկսեն քննադատել այս կառավարությանն այնպես, ինչպես հիմա նշված խնդիրները հասկացողներն են անում, բայց արդեն ուշ կլինի»,-ընդգծում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:
Բացի այդ՝ իշխանությունն այժմ լայնածավալ հարկային տեռոր է սկսել բիզնեսի նկատմամբ: Իսկ արդյունքը լինելու է այն, որ առաջիկա տարիներին հաջորդ կառավարությունը ու ՀՀ բնակչությունը շատ լուրջ խնդիրներ են ունենալու:
