BLOGԱրցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանն արձագանքել է Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սամվել Բաբայանի նախօրեին արված հայտարարությանը, թե Շուշին գրավվել է ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես ժամանակին ազատագրվել է հայերի կողմից:
Հասրաթյանը Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է. «Հարգելով և բավականին բարձր գնահատելով Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի 1-ին հրամանատար, Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սամվել Անդրանիկի Բաբայանի անուրանալի ծառայությունները Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության և նրա զինված ուժերի ստեղծման և կայացման հիրավի դժվարին գործում, այդուհանդերձ, հանուն արդարության պետք է հակադարձեմ հետևյալը.
2020թ. նոյեմբերին հնարավոր չէր Շուշին գրավել այնպես, ինպես ազատագրվեց 1992-ի մայիսին, և դա մի պարզ պատճառով. որովհետև 2020թ. Շուշին պաշտպանված էր հյուսիսից, հարավից, արևելքից և արևմուտքից, իսկ 1992-ին՝ միայն Լաչինի միջանցքից... Ի դեպ, այն, ինչ 1992-ի մայիսին հաջողվեց կատարել Լաչինի միջանցքի ուղղությամբ Ձեր հրամանատարությամբ գործող ուժերին, ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն ունենալով՝ մեզ չհաջողվեց անել 2020-ի նոյեմբերին, այն է՝ փակել Մեծ Թաղեր-Զարդանաշեն- Ավետարանոց-Սխնախ-Քարին տակ-Շուշի բավականին երկար ու նեղ միջանցքը, մանավանդ, որ բերդաքաղաքը մյուս բոլոր ուղղություններից պաշտպանված էր... Չգիտեմ (չնայած, գրեթե, գիտեմ), թե այս ամենն ում <<բացթողման>> արդյունքն է, բայց, որ ինչպես Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի, այնպես էլ Ապրիլյան քառօրյա առճակատման ընթացքում մենք ունեինք ավելի գրագետ ու հեռատես գործող ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարություն, քան այս դեպքում էր, գոնե, իմ կարծիքով, դա անվիճելի է...
Կներեք, ես սովորություն չունեմ նման ձևաչափով հակադարձել իմ հրամանատարներին, բայց այս անգամ, երկար մտորելուց հետո, ստիպված էի... Որովհետև 1992-ին Շուշին այնքան հեշտ չազատագրվեց, որքան հեշտությամբ տվեցինք 2020-ին»:
