«Հայրիկս ինձ հրաժեշտ տվեց:
Պապ ջան, գնացիր ընկերներիդ մոտ: Գնացիր ծնողներիդ մոտ, գնացիր քրոջդ մոտ: Պապ ջան, հատ-հատ նայում եմ նկարները: Քո տանիքի տակ, պապերիդ տնկած թթենիների տակ, որոնք մի քանի տարուց կդառնան 100 տարեկան, հավաքվում էին մեր ազգի ՀԶՈՐՆԵՐԸ: Պապ ջան, այդ մարդիկ շատ հաճախ էին այցելում քեզ, նրանց այցելության շնորհիվ շատերի հետ ես էլ եմ շփվել: Նրանց հետ մտերմիկ խոսելը մեծ կարողության ձեռքբերում էր:
Պապ, նայում եմ նկարներին, տեսնում եմ Սիլվա Կապուտիկյանին, Վահագն Դավթյանին, Պարիս Հերունուն, Արկադի Իվանովիչին, Մուշեղյանին, արաբկիրցի ընկերներիդ և շատ ու շատ ՀՍԿԱ ՄԱՐԴԿԱՆՑ` այս մարդիկ հաճախ էին գալիս քո մոտ:
Պապ, որ երիտասարդ էի, լավ չէի հասկանում, թե այսքան տարբեր մարդ ինչու է հավաքվում մեկ վայրում` Արաբկիրի քո օջախում: Պապ, ասում էիր, որ հորդ մոտ էլ գալիս էին հանրահայտ պոլսահայերը և արևմտահայերը: Պապ, որ արդեն հասուն էի` հասկացա, որ այս մարդիկ հավաքվում էին քո տանիքի տակ, քանի որ ձեզ միավորում էր նույն ԳԱՂԱՓԱՐԸ` ՀԶՈՐ ՀԱՅՐԵՆԻՔ ունենալու գաղափարը:
Պապ, ինձ սովորեցրել ես երբեք փողի ետևից չընկնել, ասել ես` մարդ եղիր և գիտելիք ունեցիր, փողն ինքը կգա քո մոտ, հարգանքն էլ` հետը:
Պապ, մեր տան պատին գրել ես`
Հարգա՛նք Արաբկիրի տրտմանուշ անցյալին:
Պատի՛վ Նոր Արաբկիրի շքեղ ներկային:
Փա՛ռք Հայաստանի պայծառ գալիքին:
Պապ ջան, գիրքդ Նոր Արաբկիրի` Երևանի կյանքի մասին գիտես, գրեթե պատրաստ է: Կհրատարակեմ: Պապ, հենց նեղվեմ` Անդրանիկի մասին գրածդ գիրքը կկարդամ: Պապ ջան, իմ հարցերին պատասխանում էիր` մի գիրք տրամադրելով: Հիմա հարցերիս պատասխանը պետք է գտնեմ ինքնուրույն, քո գրադարանի գրքերից: Բայց գիտեմ` ինձ ուղղորդելու ես: Գիտեմ` ասելու ես, թե ոնց պետք է նոր սերնդի ՀԶՈՐՆԵՐԸ հավաքվեն մեկ տանիքի տակ:
