«Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը հանդիպում-քննարկման է հրավիրել ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Բաբկեն Թունյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նախաձեռնության ֆեյսբուքյան էջից:

Սույնով տեղեկացնում ենք Ձեզ, որ վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում հասարակության լայն շերտում բուռն քննարկման են արժանացել «Բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
Հարկ է նշել, որ «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության «Գործարար կապերի խորհրդը» լուրջ մտահոգություն է հայտնում ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով ուղարկված «Բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ:
Ելնելով վերոգրյալ հանգամանքներից, «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության «Գործարար կապերի խորհրդի» կողմից կատարված հայտարարության շրջանակներում հանրությանը քննարկմանն է ներկայացրել իր դիրքորոշումը «Բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ՝ https://bit.ly/3e9XSlf :
Ամփոփելով վերը շարադրվածը և ի նպաստ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային արժեքների և պետականության պահպանմանը, ինչպես նաև հանրության բոլոր շերտերի կարծիքը լսելի դարձնելու նպատակով, «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության «Գործարար կապերի խորհրդի» անդամները խնդրում են կազմակերպել հանդիպում-քննարկում՝ բարձրացված հարցին հանրության համար նպաստավոր լուծում տալու համար:
