Պատերազմի՝ պաշտոնապես չհայտնած զոհերը. 71 անուն
SOCIETYRazm.info-ն շարունակում է հրապարակել սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Արցախյան պատերազմում նահատակվածների անունները, որոնց մասին պաշտոնական աղբյուրները դեռևս չեն հայտնել, թեպետ նրանց զգալի մասը ամիսներ առաջ է հուղարկավորվել։
«Հրադադարի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից անցել է ավելի քան 5 ամիս, այնուամենայնիվ պաշտոնական աղբյուրները (օր.՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն, կամ Միասնական տեղեկատվական հարթակը) այդպես էլ չեն հրապարակել պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհվածների միասնական անվանացանկ։
Պետական տարբեր կառույցներ՝ Արցախի ՊԲ-ն, ՀՀ ՊՆ լրատվամիջոցները, Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամը և այլն պարբերաբար հրապարակում են տարբեր ոչ ամբողջական ցուցակներ, որոնք մասամբ համընկնում են, մասամբ տարբերվում, կան նաև կրկնություններ, սխալներ (օր.՝ նույն մարդու ազգանվան կամ հայրանունի տարբեր գրելաձևերի պատճառով)։
Իրար հակասում են նաև պաշտոնյաների և պետական գերատեսչությունների հայտնած թվերը, հաճախ օգտագործվում են երկիմաստ կամ անորոշ ձևակերպումներ։ Օր.՝ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հայտնում է անցկացված փորձաքննությունների թիվը, չպարզաբանելով, թե ի վերջո քանի մարմին է նույնականացվել այդ փորձաքննությունների արդյունքում։
Պարզ չէ նաև, թե արդյոք այդ վիճակագրության մեջ ընդգրկված են Արցախի զոհված բնակիչները, նամանավանդ պատերազմի առաջին կեսի ընթացքում զոհվածները։ Տրամաբանական է, որ այն զոհվածները, որոնց ճանաչելու խնդիր չի եղել, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության համար ՀՀ բերելու իմաստ չկար և նրանք հուղարկավորվել են Արցախում, այդ թվում և այն տարածքներում, որոնք հետագայում գրավել է թշնամին։
Razm.info-ի թիմն արդեն 5 ամիս է, փորձում է հավաքել զոհվածների միասնական ցուցակ՝ օգտվելով բաց աղբյուրներից։ Մեզ նաև տեղեկություններ են փոխանցում զոհվածների բարեկամները, ծանոթները։
Այժմ մենք աշխատում ենք 44-օրյա պատերազմի մասին առանձին կայքի վրա, որտեղ նաև կընդգրկվի զոհվածների հնարավորինս լիարժեք անվանացանկը։
Մինչ նոր կայքի գործարկումը հրապարակում ենք պատերազմում զոհվածների ևս 71 անուն, որոնց մասին պաշտոնական աղբյուրներն առ այսօր լռել են»,-գրում է լրատվամիջոցը:
