Երբ դպրոցներում կավարտվի 2020-21 ուսումնական տարին․ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրաման

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել են հանրակրթական հիմնական ընդհանուր, մասնագիտացված և հատուկ պետական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2020-2021 ուսումնական տարվա օրինակելի ուսումնական պլանները, որում սահմանվել են նաև դպրոցականների արձակուրդների օրերը:

Իրավաբան․net-ը հայտնում է, որ հրամանի 18-րդ կետի համաձայն՝ նախարարությունը անհաղթահարելի ուժի առաջացման դեպքում (եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններ, սուր վարակիչ հիվանդությունների տարածում, տարերային աղետ և այլն) կարող է սահմանել լրացուցիչ արձակուրդ՝ բաց թողած ժամերը մինչև ուսումնական պարապմունքների ավարտը լրացնելու և ըստ Հաստատության ենթակայության՝ Լիազոր մարմնին տեղեկացնելու պայմանով: Անհաղթահարելի ուժի առաջացման դեպքում Հաստատության դիմումի հիման վրա Լիազոր մարմինը (մարզպետը, Երևանի քաղաքապետը) կարող է սահմանել լրացուցիչ արձակուրդ՝ այդ մասին 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում տեղեկացնելով Նախարարությանը:

Ոչ պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունում արձակուրդների տևողությունը և ժամկետները, ինչպես նաև դրանցում կատարվող փոփոխությունները սահմանում է հիմնադիրը` այդ մասին 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում տեղյակ պահելով Նախարարությանը:

ԹԱՐՄԱՑՎԱԾ

– Ուսումնական պարապմունքները հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում կավարտվեն 2021թ.

  • հունիսի 4-ին՝ 1-ին և 12-րդ դասարանների համար,
  • հունիսի 11-ին՝ 2-րդ դասարանների համար և հունիսի 18-ին՝ 3-11-րդ դասարանների համար 5-օրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթվա դեպքում,
  • 2021թ. հունիսի 5-ին՝ 1-ին և 12-րդ դասարանների համար,
  • հունիսի 12-ին՝ 2-րդ դասարանների համար և հունիսի 19-ին՝ 3-11-րդ դասարանների համար 6-օրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթվա դեպքում՝

ապահովելով առնվազն 30 ուսումնական շաբաթ 1-ին, 32՝ 2-րդ և 34՝ 3-11-րդ դասարանների համար։

Պետական ուսումնական հաստատություններում շաբաթվա 5-օրյա կամ 6-օրյա տևողությունը սահմանում է ուսումնական հաստատությունը, իսկ ոչ պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունում՝ հիմնադիրը:

– Ուսումնական պարապմունքները Ավագ դպրոցում կավարտվեն 2021թ. հունիսի 4-ին` ապահովելով ոչ պակաս, քան 34 ուսումնական շաբաթ Ավագ դպրոցի յուրաքանչյուր դասարանի համար: Բոլոր հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում սահմանվում է 6-օրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթ։

– Ուսումնական պարապմունքները Մասնագիտացված դպրոցում կավարտվեն 2021թ. հունիսի 4-ին՝ 1-ին և 12-րդ դասարանների համար, հունիսի 11-ին՝ 2-րդ դասարանների համար և հունիսի 18-ին՝ 3-11-րդ դասարանների համար 5-օրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթվա դեպքում, 2021թ. հունիսի 5-ին՝ 1-ին և 12-րդ դասարանների համար, հունիսի 12-ին՝ 2-րդ դասարանների համար և հունիսի 19-ին՝ 3-11-րդ դասարանների համար 6-օրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթվա դեպքում՝ ապահովելով առնվազն 30 ուսումնական շաբաթ 1-ին, 32՝ 2-րդ և 34՝ 3-11-րդ դասարանների համար։ Պետական ուսումնական հաստատություններում շաբաթվա 5-օրյա կամ 6-օրյա տևողությունը սահմանում է ուսումնական հաստատությունը, իսկ ոչ պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունում՝ հիմնադիրը:
