BLOGՍուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը թելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրառում է արել.
«Ես սովորություն չունեմ մեկնաբանելու այս կամ այն հրապարակումները, որոնք անձամբ ինձ են վերաբերում: Սակայն ռուսական բավականին հեղինակավոր պարբերականը որոշել է արձագանքել Մեծն Տան Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոս Արամ Առաջինին ուղղված իմ քննադատությանը:
Ինձ համար դժվար է հասկանալ, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված այդ անսպասելի հետաքրքրվածությունը, թվում է թե, զուտ ներքին քննարկման նկատմամբ: Արամ Առաջինը դժվար թե ինչ-որ մեկի պաշտպանության կարիքն ունենա: Սակայն նրա փոփոխական դիրքորոշումը պարզաբանում է պահանջում: Եվ եթե նայենք տողերի արանքով, կարելի է նկատել այլ բան. ինձ թվում է, որ այդ հոդվածն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Հայկական հարցի մասին է, համաշխարհային և տարածաշրջանային տերությունների ճակատամարտերում դրա տեղի մասին, այն մասին, որ Հայկական հարցը հերթական անգամ խանգարում է ուժային կենտրոններին պայմանավորվել:
Շատերը կարող են իրենց սեփական կարծիքն ու դիրքորոշումն ունենալ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցում, նրանք նույնիսկ կարող են վերափոխել իրենց կարծիքները՝ ելնելով ակնթարթային քաղաքական շահերից, սակայն դա ինձ չի վերաբերում: Քանի որ կան հարցեր, որոնք անձամբ ինձ համար գտնվում են կարմիր գծերի գոտում: Այդ թեմաներն են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը և դրա ճանաչման գործընթացը, հատկապես՝ Թուրքիայում: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Հայկական հարցը:
Անհնար է լուծել Հայկական հարցն առանց հայերի մասնակցության: Հայկական հարցն առանց հայերի լուծելու ցանկացած փորձ հանգեցրել է դրա խորացմանը՝ էլ ավելի խճճելով տարածաշրջանային ուժերի առանց այդ էլ բարդ դասավորվածությունը: Լինելով Մեծ Մերձավոր Արևելքի խնդիրների մի մասը՝ Հայկական հարցը մշտապես գտնվել է Ռուսական կայսրության, ԽՍՀՄ-ի և ժամանակակից Ռուսաստանի շահերի ասպարեզում: Ավելին, սիրիական հակամարտությանը Ռուսաստանի անմիջական ներգրավմամբ՝ Հայկական հարցը դադարել է լինել միջազգային հարաբերությունների հերթապահ խնդիրը: Ռուսաստանցի խոսնակները, որոնք կարծիք են հայտնում Հայկական հարցի մասին՝ այն ներկայացնելով որպես աշխարհաքաղաքական մոդելի խնդիր, որոնք բացառում են հայ ժողովրդի ներգրավվումը դրա շուրջ քննարկմանը և լուծմանը, հարված են հասցնում հենց ռուսական արտաքին քաղաքական շահերին, թուլացնում են ռուսական արտաքին քաղաքական լծակները:
Ակնհայտ է, որ արտաքին քաղաքական դաշտում սնանկացած նիկոլյան ռեժիմին ոչինչ չի մնացել՝ բացի 5000-ամյա պատմություն ունեցող էթնոսի էքզիստենցիալ հարցերի առևտրից: Որպես քրիստոնյա՝ ես հրաժարվում եմ հավատալ այն ուժին, որը կմոտեցնի Նորին Սրբությանը դավաճանին: Եվ ես աղոթում եմ, որ 30 աշխարհաքաղաքական արծաթադրամը չգայթակղի այն մարդուն, որը գիտի Հրեաստանի առաքյալի ճակատագիրը»:
