«Պոլիտէկոնոմիա» հետազոտական ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում անդրադառնում է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայության տևողությունը կրճատելու վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի երեկվա հայտարարությանը։

Գրառման մեջ ասվում է․

Նիկոլը նախընտրական էժանագին պոպուլիզմի և կառավարման սեփական ոճի շրջանակներում խոսել է այն մասին, որ ուզում են այնպես անել, որ մարդիկ բանակում 3 ամիս ծառայեն։ Պարզ ասած՝ բանակ չգնան։

Մեր զինվորներին թուրքական բայրաքթարների տակ անպաշտպան թողած Նիկոլը գիտի, որ մարդիկ վախեցած են և օբյեկտիվորեն խուսափում են բանակից։ Եվ ահա նա վախեցած ու պետությունից երես թեքած ժողովրդին կոնֆետ է խոստանում՝ բանակից խուսափելու հնարավորության տեսքով։

Նիկոլն ասում է ինձ քվե տվեք, դիմացը ես ձեզ բանակից խուսափելու հնարավորություն կտամ։ Սա ընտրակաշառքի յուրօրինակ ձև է։

Սա շուտով կարող է հայտարարել, որ մինչև բանակի վերջնական կազմալուծումը բանակ գնացողները Սյունիքում չեն ծառայելու։

Հետո կասի, որ միայն Երևանում են ծառայելու։

Վերջում էլ կբարբաջի, որ Հայաստանին բանակ պետք չէ, քանզի բանակը թուրքից պաշտպանվելու համար էր, բայց քանի որ գնում ենք վիլայեթացման, ուստի բանակի կարիք չկա։ Ու բնականաբար էս մտքերին ծափահարողներ կլինեն։

Ո՞ւմ ասես, որ բանակում չես ծառայելու, հարկ չես մուծելու և դուխով ապրելու ես, որ չգոռա «այո՜» ու չծափահարի։ Պետության վախճանը հենց այսպես է լինում»։
