«Մոտակա ամիսներին Ռուսաստանից մոտ 60 000 Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ են վերադարձվելու։ Գաղթելու ծրագրեր ունեցողների պլաններն էլ են տապալվում, այսինքն նրանց ապագայի հեռանկարները դառնում են առոչինչ։
Ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հեղափոխական ամբոխ է ձեւավորվում ու եթե նրանց գումարենք «տեղացի» մոտ 40 000 հազար մարդ, որոնք պատրաստ են ոչ թե ընտրությունների, այլ այլընտրական եղանակներով քաղաքական փոփոխությունների հասնել, ապա նախընտրական ու ետընտրական գործընթացները ոչ թե հեռուստատեսային ստուդիաներում ու դատարաններում են ընթանալու, այլ փողոցում ու դժվար թե դրանք խաղաղ ցույցերի տեսքով ընթանան։
Ավելի կոնկրետ ձեւակերպեմ, եթե անգամ ընտրություններ լինեն, իշխանության հարցն ընտրություններով չի որոշվելու»։
