Ինչու է Վանեցյանը հրաժարվել Փաշինյանի ու խոսնակի դեմ հայցից

«Հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը հրաժարվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ նրա խոսնակ Մանե Գեւորգյանի դեմ ներկայացրած դատական հայցից։
Դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Լիլիթ Սարգսյանի՝ որոշել է կարճել Արթուր Վանեցյանն ընդդեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ նրա խոսնակի գործի վարույթը։
Նշենք, որ հայցվորի ներկայացուցիչները նախնական դատական նիստին ներկայացրել են գրավոր դիմում, համաձայն որի, հայտնել են. «Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին զարգացումների լույսի ներքո, երբ անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած քաղաքականության հետեւանքով Հայաստանը խայտառակ պարտություն կրեց, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 09.11.2020թ. ստորագրեց կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթ, որով դավաճանեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը եւ ողջ հայ ժողովրդին, բարոյական առումով անհնար է պատիվ պահանջել մի անձից, ով կորցրել է սեփական պատիվը:
Ելնելով վերոգրյալից եւ ղեկավարվելով ՀՀ քաղաքացիական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 32-րդ, 48-րդ եւ 149-րդ հոդվածներով՝ սույն գործով հայցվոր Արթուր Վանեցյանն ամբողջությամբ հրաժարվում է Նիկոլ Վովայի Փաշինյանի դեմ ներկայացված իր հայցապահանջներից»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանի խոսնակը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել էր․ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի Մինասյանի փայաբաժինն, օրինակ, առերեւույթ պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահմամբ եւ կրկին կեղծ փայատերերի օգնությամբ, ձեռք է բերել ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը։ Վերջինիս հորը պատկանող ընկերությունը դարձել է նաեւ ԶՊՄԿ-ի բեռների խոշոր փոխադրող»։
Արթուր Վանեցյանը պահանջում էր պարտավորեցնել վարչապետին եւ նրա խոսնակին զրպարտություն հանդիսացող փաստացի տվյալները հրապարակայնորեն հերքել, դրանք հեռացնել, հերքման տեքստը հրապարակել, ինչպես նաեւ պատվին եւ արժանապատվությանը պատճառված վնասը փոխհատուցել։
