Արմեն Սմբատյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց
POLITICSՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում կատարված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Իսրայելում ՀՀ դեսպան Ա.Ս-ի կողմից ՀՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության նախկին նախարարի կողմից թույլ տրված չարաշահումներին օժանդակելու, ինչպես նաև փողերի լվացմամբ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Իսրայելում ՀՀ դեսպան, միաժամանակ «Արտասահմանյան երկրների հետ մշակութային համագործակցության հայկական» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Ա.Ս.-ն օժանդակել է ՀՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախկին նախարար և վերոնշյալ հասարակական կազմակերպության փոխնախագահ Հ.Պ.-ի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահմամբ Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան 3 հասցեում գտնվող և ՀՀ հողային օրենսգրքի 60-րդ հոդվածի սահմանափակումների ցանկում ընդգրկված պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող շենքի զբաղեցրած հողամասը հասարակական կազմակերպության սեփականությունը դարձնելուն: Այնուհետև նշված հասցեում գտնվող պատմամշակութային արժեք հանդիսացող շենքը և դրա զբաղեցրած հողամասը, Հ.Պ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ձևական գործարքի արդյունքում՝ 550.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարով, վաճառել են օֆշորում՝ Բրիտանական Վիրջինյան կղզիներում գրանցված, Հ.Պ.-ի հարսին պատկանող ընկերությանը` օրինականացնելով հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքը՝ խեղաթյուրելով գույքի իրական բնույթն ու ծագման աղբյուրը:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Ա.Ս-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-308-րդ հոդվածի (պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելուն օժանդակելը) 2-րդ մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի (հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելը «փողերի լվացումը») 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել գրավը՝ 20.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ նշված քրեական գործով ՀՀ մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախկին նախարարը ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
