ՌԴ-ում ամուսնական զույգը հրաժարվել է վճարել բնակարանի վարկը` պնդելով, որ ոչ թե ՌԴ-ի, այլ ԽՍՀՄ քաղաքացի է
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻրկուտսկում դատական կարգադրիչներն առգրավել են մի ամուսնական զույգի բնակարանը, որը հրաժարվել է վարկը վճարելուց, քանի որ իրեն համարում ` ոչ թե Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, այլ Խորհրդային Միության քաղաքացի:

«Պարտապանները, որոնք իրենց չեն ճանաչել որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիներ, պնդում են, որ իրենք ԽՍՀՄ քաղաքացիներ են, չեն ճանաչում գործող կառավարությունն ու նրա օրենքները, ուստի պատրաստ չէին վճարել վարկային պարտավորությունների համար` չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ բանկային վարկը տրամադրվել է նրանց որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիների», - ասվում է ծառայության կայքում:
Հստակեցվում է, որ ամուսինները «Ռուսիայի սլավոնական ուժերի միություն» («ԽՍՀՄ») ծայրահեղական կազմակերպության անդամներ են, որն արգելված է Ռուսաստանի տարածքում: Վարկային կազմակերպությունը, որին պարտք են ամուսինները, պահանջում է նրանցից առգրավել 1,6 միլիոն ռուբլի:
Ներկայում դատական կարգադրիչները կալանքի տակ գտնվող բնակարանը հանել են աճուրդի՝ անշարժ գույքի վաճառքից ստացված միջոցներով վարկային կազմակերպության պարտքը մարելու համար: Բացի այդ, թողարկվել է կատարողականի վճար՝ 112 հազար ռուբլու չափով:
