ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման դեպքում ՀՅԴ-ն կմասնակցի դրանց․ հայտարարություն

ՀՅԴ-ն Գերագույն ժողովից հետո հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման դեպքում կուսակցությունը մասնակցելու է դրանց։

Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի կազմակերպության 24-րդ Գերագույն ժողովը, քննելով Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետություններում ստեղծված քաղաքական և անվտանգային իրավիճակը, գնահատելով հանրային կյանքում տիրող տրամադրություններն ու բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտը, հետպատերազմական իրավիճակով պայմանավորված արտաքին եւ ներքին մարտահրավերներն ու սպառնալիքները, արձանագրում է.

– մեր ժողովրդի և պետականության ապագայի համար կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է շարունակում մնալ նախապես հայտարարված բոլոր միջոցներով հայրենադավ իշխանության հեռացումն ու մեր երկրի կառավարման համակարգում նիկոլիզմի իսպառ բացառումը,

– թեև ժողովրդական պայքարի արդյունքում իշխանությունները ստիպված էին հայտարարել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացման մասին, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ ընտրությունների անվան տակ իշխանությունը փորձելու է ամեն ինչ անել վերարտադրվելու համար,

– արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հավանական անցկացումն ունենալու է ճակատագրական նշանակություն մեր ազգային ինքնության և պետականության պահպանման համար։

Ելնելով վերոհիշյալ հաստատումներից եւ արձանագրումներից՝ ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գեագույն ժողովը որոշեց՝

Ա. արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացվելու դեպքում մասնակցել՝ դրանք դիտարկելով որպես հայրենադավ իշխանություններին հեռացնելու միջոցներից մեկը,

Բ. հավանական ընտրություններին ՀՅԴ մասնակցության ձեւաչափի  վերաբերյալ որոշումներ կայացնելու լիազորությունը վերապահել ՀՅԴ  Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնին։

Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության Հայաստանի Գերագույն ժողովը կոչ է անում մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ ցանկացած զարգացման պարագայում՝ լինի ընտրություն, թե՝ ոչ, շարունակել հայրենադավ իշխանություններին օր առաջ հեռացնելու պայքարը՝ հանուն երկրի ապագայի»։
