Ինչպե՞ս են դպրոց ընդունվելու առաջին դասարանցիները
SOCIETYԱյս տարի ՀՀ պետական հանրակրթական դպրոցներում, որոնք տվյալ բնակավայրում միակը չեն, առաջին դասարանցիների ընդունելությունը կատարվելու է առցանց համակարգի միջոցով։ Բոլորի համար հավասար մեկնարկային պայմաններ ապահովելու նպատակով յուրաքանչյուր ծնող, աշխարհի ցանկացած ծայրից, իր երեխային կարող է առցանց համակարգով գրանցել պետական հանրակրթական դպրոցներում` առաջին դասարան հաճախելու համար:
1-ին փուլ
Մայիսի 8-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 9:00-ից սկսած՝ ծնողներն իրենց անձնական տվյալների առկայությունն ու ճշգրտությունը պետք է ստուգեն համապատասխան համակարգով՝ մուտք գործելով stugum.emis.am կայք։ Այստեղ բացվում է երկու դաշտ, որտեղ պետք է մուտքագրվի ծնողի և երեխայի հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշը: Եթե ծնողը մուտքագրել է հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշը, սակայն ստացել է պատասխան` համակարգը չի հայտնաբերի ծնող-երեխա կապը (որն ավտոմատ պետք է բերվեր Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործակալության տվյալների բազայից), ապա ծնողին կառաջարկվի կայքում համապատասխան կոճակին սեղմելու միջոցով տվյալները փոխանցել ՔԿԱԳ, որպեսզի դրանք թվայնացվեն։
2-րդ փուլ
Հունիսի 1-ից, ժամը 9։00-ից սկսած՝ hayt.emis.am կայքում կմերկնարկի բուն հայտագրման գործընթացը։ Այս տարի սահմանվել է առաջնահերթություն։ Հունիսի 1-10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կհերթագրվեն հետևյալ հայտատուները՝
1. 1-ին դասարան գնացող երեխայի ծնողներից մեկը տվյալ դպրոցի աշխատակից է,
2. 1-ին դասարան գնացող երեխան ունի տվյալ դպրոցում արդեն սովորող հարազատ քույր կամ եղբայր:
3-րդ փուլ
Հունիսի 11-ից, ժամը 9։00-ից սկսած` կկարողանան գրանցվել նրանք, ովքեր չեն համապատասխանում վերոնշյալ երկու կետերին:
Հունիսի 11֊ից համակարգը բաց է լինելու ողջ ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում։
Ի՞նչ անել, եթե գտնվում եք արտերկրում
Եթե ունեք անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր, ապա կարող եք գրանցվել արտերկրից, իսկ եթե փաստաթղթերի, մասնավորապես, հանրային ծառայության համարանիշ ստանալու խնդիր ունեք, ապա գործընթացը կարող եք կազմակերպել լիազորագրով` անձնագրի և ծննդյան վկայականի նոտարական վավերացմամբ պատճենների առկայությամբ: Հայաստանում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների ու նրանց երեխաների դեպքում նույնպես հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշը պարտադիր է, որը տրամադրում են անձնագրային բաժինները հաշվառվելու դեպքում:
