POLITICSՀՀ Զինծավ ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը ArmLur.am-իհետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է ԱԽ-ի հրապարակած ձայնագրությանը: Նա մասնավորապես նշել է՝ պահանջում է հրապարակել ՀՀ նախագահի և իր ելույթն ամբողջությամբ:
«Պահանջում եմ հրապարակել այդ օրվա նիստի եզրափակիչ մասում ՀՀ նախագահի ելույթը եւ որից հետո իմ ելույթը ամբողջությամբ»,- ասել է նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ի պատասխան ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 17-ի հայտարարության՝ Անվտանգության խորհրդի գրասենյակը հարկ է համարում պարզաբանել սույն հայտարարությունում հնչած որոշ պնդումներ և հրապարակել վերջինիս առնչվող գաղտնազերծված փաստաթղթեր:
Նշենք նաև, որ ի պատասխան ԱԽ-ի հրապարակած փաստաթղթերի՝ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը հայտարարել էր, որ հրապարակված փաստաթղթերն ամբողջական չեն արտահայտում զեկույցների բովանդակությունը` խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը։
«2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ադրբեջանաթուրքական կոալիցիայի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմի դադարեցումից հետո անցել է ավելի քան հինգ ամիս։ Այդ ողջ ընթացքում, մեր հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի մոտ բազմաթիվ հարցեր են կուտակվել` պատերազմից առաջ, դրա ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև զինադադարի կնքումից հետո տեղի ունեցած բազմաթիվ իրադարձությունների, դրանց համատեքստում ՀՀ և Արցախի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի և պետական ղեկավարման մարմինների կողմից ընդունված տարաբնույթ որոշումների և իրականացված գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։ Հանրային լրատվության միջոցները հեղեղված են տարաբնույթ տեղեկություններով, գնահատականներով, բացահայտումներով, դավադրապաշտական տեսություններով։ Դրան վերջին շրջանում ավելացել են որոշ պետական մարմինների կողմից հատվածաբար գաղտնազերծվող և հանրայնացվող տեղեկությունները (մասնավորապես` ԱԽ Քարտուղարության կողմից ս․թ․ ապրիլի 15-ին հրապարակված ԱԽ նիստերի արձանագրությունների ընտրովի հատվածները ,որոնք ամբողջական չեն արտահայտում զեկույցների բովանդակությունը` դրանով միտումնավոր խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը, որն էժանագույն վարքագծի դրսևորում է ՀՀ գործող իշխանության կողմից)։
Այս ամենն իրական սպառանալիք է դարձել մեր ազգային անվտանգության համար, խարխլում է մեր հանրային համերաշխությունը, բարոյալքում է մեր զինված ուժերը և, որպես հետեւանք, խոցելի է դարձնում մեր պետությունը` թշնամու հետագա հնարավոր ոտնձգությունների առաջ»,-հայտարարել էր ԶՈՒ ԳՇ նախկին պետը։
