Ադրբեջանական զինվորականները շարունակում են կրակոցներ արձակել Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ․ ՀՀ ՄԻՊ
SOCIETYՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինվորականները շարունակում են կրակոցներ արձակել (Ագարակ, Եղվարդ և այլ գյուղեր): Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։
«Այս մասին երեկ և այսօր Սյունիքի մարզի համայնքներ այցերի ընթացքում ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին տեղեկացրին խաղաղ բնակիչները, ինչպես նաև համայնքային մարմինները: Ըստ բնակիչների՝ կրակոցներն արձակվում են օրվա ինչպես ցերեկային, այնպես էլ գիշեր ժամանակ, պարզ լսվում են գյուղերում, նպատակ ունեն ահաբեկել խաղաղ բնակիչներին և առաջին հերթին երեխաներին ու կանանց:
Կրակոցներից բացի, ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապանից Ճակատեն ու մյուս գյուղեր, Գորիսից Շուռնուխ ու Որոտան և այլ համայնքներ միավորող ճանապարհներին ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ներկայությունը լրջորեն խաթարել է խաղաղ բնակիչների, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժը:
Այս ամենի պատճառով գյուղացիներն անգամ կենսական կարիքների համար (օրինակ՝ աշխատանքի կամ բժշկական հաստատություն մեկնելը կամ վերադարձը) ստիպված են ձեռնպահ մնալ երեկոյան ժամերին այդ ճանապարհով երթևեկելուց՝ իրենց ու ընտանիքների անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով:
Ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ներկայությունը սպառնում է գյուղերի բնակիչների ֆիզիկական անվտանգությանը:
Ֆիզիկական սնձեռնմխելիությունից բացի, դա ոտնահարում է հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիությունը: Այդ ճանապարհին արհեստական հիմքերով տեղադրված են ադրբեջանական ցուցանակներ ու դրոշներ, որն էլ պատրվակ է ծառայում ադրբեջանական զինվորականների տեղակայման համար` դրանց իբր պահպանության համար:
Գյուղերի (Դավիթ Բեկ, Կաղնուտ, Որոտան, Խնածախ, Շիկահող, Ճակատեն և այլն) բնակիչները այս անգամ ևս նշեցին, որ գյուղերի հարևանությամբ նրանց ներկայության պատճառով անհնարին է դարձել խոտհարքներից, արոտավայրերից ու մասնավոր հողատարածքներից օգտվելը (որպես եկամտի աղբյուր), այդ թվում` կադաստրային օրինական փաստաթղթերի առկայության պայմաններում: Օրինակ` Սրաշեն գյուղում բնակիչները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին տեղեկացրել են, որ կրակոցներ են արձակվել անգամ տեսնելով անզեն աչքով գյուղացուն հողամասում աշխատելիս:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Սյունիքի մարզում խաղաղ բնակիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը պահանջում է անվտանգության գոտու հրատապ ստեղծում:
Ադրբեջանական զինվորականների տեղակայումները ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ու ճանապարհներին, այդ թվում՝ դրոշներն ու ցուցանակները զուրկ են իրավական որևէ հիմքից, նրանք պետք է հեռացվեն այդ վայրերից»,- գրել է նա:
