Այս դժգոհությունըսոցիալական բո՞ւնտկարելի է համարել, թե՞ այնավելի ընդգրկուն բնույթունի:
Այս պահին սոցիալական ընդվզում է: Իհարկե, ես հասկանում եմ, որ որպես այդպիսին՝ սոցիալական խնդիր չկա, բոլոր խնդիրները քաղաքական են: Չէ՞ որ այս երեւույթներն ինչ-որ քաղաքական զարգացումների հետեւանք էին: Եվ երիտասարդները, որ պնդում էին, թե այն քաղաքական չէ, պետք է հասկանան, որ քաղաքականությունը սա է: Սա իշխանությունների, էներգետիկ համակարգի խիստ անարդյունավետ կառավարման հետեւանքն է: Սա էներգետիկ համակարգում տասնյակ տարիների ընթացքում կայացված որոշումների արդյունք է:
Իսկ հնարավո՞ր է մեխանիզմներ գտնել եւ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացումը չեղյալհամարել:
Վստահ եմ՝ այո՛:
Հ. Աբրահամյանը հայտարարել է, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման համարսոցիալապես անապահով խավին փոխհատուցում է տրվելու:
Դա խղճուկ քայլ է: Բայց եթե նման ռեսուրս էր նախատեսվում, այդ գումարով նախապես թող փակվեր ՀԷՑ-ում առաջացած ճեղքը ու թույլ չտրվեր, որ սակագինը բարձրանա: Ես նաեւ ծայրահեղ միջոցների կողմնակից եմ՝ այս բնագավառում պետք է սնանկացման գործընթացներ լինեն՝ թող սեփականատերը սնանկ ճանաչվի, ու սեփականության իրավունքը փոխանցվի պետությանը: Բոլոր պարտքերն էլ թող դնեն սեփականատիրոջ վրա:
Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացմանն ուղղված այս պայքարին ռուսական մամուլըբավականին բացասական արձագանք տվեց: Երկրորդ Մայդան համարեցինընդդեմ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման պայքարը: Ձեր կարծիքով՝ ինչո՞ւ նրանքնման վերաբերմունք դրսեւորեցին: Հատկապես, որ նման արձագանքըՀայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրություններ է ստեղծում: Ռուսաստանըչի՞ գիտակցում այդ խնդիրը:
Սա այն գաղութատիրական քաղաքականության հետեւանքն է, որը Ռուսաստանն իրականացնում է այս տարածքում: Հայաստանը նրանց համար տարածք է: Ինչպես թե՝ գաղութում ձայն են բարձրացնում, ո՞վ է ձեզ թույլ տվել: Դրանից հետո գալիս են սպառնալիքները: Իսկ գիտե՞ք, թե ինչ է Մայդանը: ՌԴ-ում իշխող տեսակետի համաձայն՝ դա բոբո է: Ըստ իրենց՝ իրենք տալիս են վատագույն գնահատականը, որ հայերը սսկվեն: Հայաստանը անվանեցին ֆորպոստ, մի պետական պաշտոնյա չգտնվեց, որ ասեր՝ կներեք, մենք երկիր ենք: Մեր խորհրդարանում լկտիաբար են իրենց պահում, ռուսերեն են խոսում, հետո մինչեւ դեսպանի մակարդակը զայրանում են, թե այս մարդիկ չեն ցանկանում ռուսերեն խոսել: Մինչդեռ որեւէ մեկը չի ուզում խոսել այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանը կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ է, որ ռուսական ընկերությունների մուտքը Հայաստան երկարատեւ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ է: Ընդ որում՝ այդ նույն ընկերությունները Ռուսաստանում ինչ-որ կանոնների ենթարկվում են, այստեղ շատ ավելի ազատ են: Եկեք չմոռանանք, որ էներգետիկ բնագավառը մեր պաշտոնեության կոռուպցիայի դրսեւորման կամ սնուցման լավագույն դրսեւորումներից մեկն է: Էներգետիկան այն բնագավառն է, որը ամենաեկամտաբերն է եւ որտեղ հսկայական միջոցներ են շրջանառվում»:
