Օդային տագնապ և շչակի գործարկում՝ 5 մարզերում․ ԱԻՆ-ը ուսումնական վարժանքներ է անցկացրել

Հանրապետության մարզերում շարունակվում են ուսումնական վարժանքները։ Տավուշի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության մասնագետները Դիլիջան համայնքի Աղավնավանքի և Դեբեդավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցներում անցկացրել են պարապմունքներ՝ «Բնակչության վարվելակերպի կանոնները «Օդային տագնապ» ազդանշանի դեպքում», արտակարգ իրավիճակների, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության և առաջին օգնության հիմնահարցերի թեմաներով։ Աղավնավանք բնակավայրում իրականացրել են «Բնակչության ազդարարման, պատսպարման եւ տարահանման աշխատանքների իրականացումը» թեմայով վարժանք։

Արմավիրի մարզի Ոսկեհատ համայնքում եւ միջնակարգ դպրոցում անցկացվել է ուսումնավարժություն՝ «Պատսպարման կազմակերպումը «Օդային տագնապ» ազդանշանի դեպքում» թեմայով: Փորձարկվել է Ոսկեհատ համայնքի էլեկտրաշչակը, որը գտնվել է սարքին վիճակում։ Կազմակերպվել է համայնքի բնակչության, միջնակարգ դպրոցի մանկավարժական անձնակազմի եւ աշակերտների պատսպարում: Համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ իրականացվել է բնակելի տների նկուղների պատրաստվածության վիճակի ուսումնասիրություն, տրվել են համապատասխան ցուցումներ եւ առաջարկություններ: Դրանից հետո Արմավիրի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ, փ/ծ փոխգնդապետ Ջ․ Բարսեղյանը խոսել է «Օդային տագնապ» ազդանշանի դեպքում եւ «Ուժեղ երկրաշարժի դեպքում» բնակչության պաշտպանության վարվելակերպի կանոնների մասին։

Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի վարչական շենքում կայացել է «Ապարանի ջրամբարի պատվարի փլուզման վտանգի դեպքում բնակչության պաշտպանության կազմակերպումը» թեմայով շտաբային ուսումնավարժություն: Մասնակցել են Արմավիրի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության սպայական կազմը, Արմավիրի մարզի արտակարգ իրավիճակների հանձնաժողովը, մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմը, մարզի տարահանման հանձնաժողովը, Ապագա, Գայ, Հովտամեջ, Խորոնք, Հայթաղ համայնքների համայնքապետերը:

Արագածոտնի մարզի Թալինի եւ Ապարանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների ծառայողներն անցկացրել են «Վարվելակերպի կանոնները երկրաշարժի ժամանակ» թեմայով դասախոսություններ Ապարանի թիվ 1, Կաքավաձորի, Ներքին Բազմաբերդի, Փարպիի, Բազմաղբյուրի միջնակարգ դպրոցներում, Ապարանի եւ Փարպիի մանկապարտեզներում։

Շիրակի մարզի Փոքր Մանթաշ համայնքում և միջնակարգ դպրոցում փրկարարական վարչությունը կազմակերպել է վարժանք «Պատսպարման կազմակերպումը «Օդային տագնապ» ազդանշանի դեպքում» թեմայով: Միջնակարգ դպրոցի անձնակազմն ու աշակերտական կազմը տարահանվել ու պատսպարվել է դպրոցի նկուղում։ Դպրոցի նկուղի ընդհանուր մակերեսը ամբողջությամբ բավարար է դպրոցի անձնակազմի եւ աշակերտական կազմի պատսպարման համար: Իրականացվել է համայնքի բնակելի տների նկուղների պատրաստվածության վիճակի ուսումնասիրություն, համայնքի ղեկավար կազմին եւ բնակիչներին առաջարկվել է նկուղներում առկա գույքը եւ միջոցները վերադասավորել՝ պատսպարման համար պիտանի մակերեսը առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործելու համար, իսկ օդային տագնապի ազդարարումը ամբողջ համայնքում լսելի դարձնելու նպատակով՝ ձեռք բերել ավելի հզոր շչակ կամ տեղադրել ևս մեկը։
