ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանն ընդունել է Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման կազմակերպության բնապահպանական հարցերի քարտուղարության ներկայացուցիչ Տատյանա Եֆիմովային և ՄԱԿ-ի Եվրոպայի տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Ազգային քաղաքականության երկխոսությունների տարածաշրջանային համակարգող Փիփ Մարդիստին: Նրանք Հայաստանում ջրօգտագործման, ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման բնագավառում ազգային քաղաքականության երկխոսության ղեկավար հանձնախմբի 14-րդ հանդիպման կազմակերպիչներից են:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնից, դեկտեմբերի 15-ին ավարտված խորհրդակցությանը քննարկվել են Հայաստանում փոքր ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման համակարգերի կառավարման և ջրի ու ջրահեռացման հավասարաչափ մատչելիության գնահատման վերաբերյալ մի շարք հարցեր: Կոմիտեի նախագահը, լսելով միջազգային գործընկերների կարծիքները հանդիպման կարևորության մասին, կարծիքների ազատ փոխանակման, մարդկանց հետաքրքրվածության վերաբերյալ, հավելել է, որ ցանկացած երկխոսություն՝ անկախ ձևաչափից, խրախուսելի և ընդունելի է կոմիտեի համար:
Արամ Հարությունյանը փաստել է նաև, որ շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացվածությունն առավել առարկայական և գործնական հարթություն է տեղափոխել երկօրյա քննարկումները, ինչի արդյունքում կոմիտեն ունենալու է կողմնորոշիչ և ամբողջական պատկեր հետագա գործողությունները ծրագրելու համար: Անդրադառնալով խորհրդակցությանը հետագայում հաջորդելիք համատեղ գործողություններին, ինչպես նաև 2016-ին կազմվելիք 4 ամյա աշխատանքային ծրագրին՝ միջազգային փորձագետները նշել են, որ տպավորված են նման ընդլայնված կազմով քննարկումներից, ինչի արդյունքում հաջողվեÕ ¬ է մեկ ընդհանրական գործընթացի շուրջ համախմբել տարբեր բևեռների, ինչը նախնական ծրագրի պլանավորման լուրջ խթան և անհրաժեշտ կողմնացույց է:
Կողմերը քննարկել են նաև առաջիկայում համատեղ անելիքների առաջնահերթությունները՝ վերահաստատելով միասնական, կոնստրուկտիվ աշխատելու պատրաստակամությունը:
