«Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին շտապ կանչել են Մոսկվա՝ «մշակելու»: ՌԴ հատուկ ծառայություններն անհանգստացած են Արայիկ Հարությունյանի՝ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին հլու-հնազանդ վարքագծով եւ փորձելու են «խելքի բերել»։ Մեզ ասացին, որ նրան պաշտոնապես չեն կարող ընդունել, քանի որ նա չճանաչված հանրապետության ղեկավար է, բայց մասնավոր այցով Մոսկվայում գտնվող Արցախի նախագահը հանդիպումներ կունենա հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, եւ նրան կհասկացնեն, որ Փաշինյանի ամեն մի ցանկություն-հրահանգը կատարելը չի բխում Արցախի շահերից:
Մեր աղբյուրներն ասացին, որ Ա․ Հարությունյանը կաշկանդված է, քանի որ ֆինանսական կախվածության մեջ է ՀՀ իշխանություններից։ Խոսքը հատկապես բնակարանաշինության համար տրամադրվող գումարների մասին է: ԱՀ նախագահի՝ Մոսկվա մեկնելու լուրի վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություն խնդրեցինք նրա մամուլի խոսնակ Լուսինե Ավանեսյանից։ Նա նշեց․ «Այս պահին ասելիք չունեմ»։ Փորձեցինք հստակեցնել՝ հերքո՞ւմ է, որ մեկնել է, թե՞ հաստատում։ Ասաց․ «Մեկնաբանելու կարիք չկա», ըստ էության հաստատելով այցի փաստը։ Գաղտնի՞ այց է, որ չեք մեկնաբանում, կրկնեց՝ այս պահին որեւէ բան չեմ մեկնաբանում»,-գրում է թերթը։
