Ապրիլի 20-ին կադրային փոփոխություններ տեղի ունեցան Սյունիքի ոստիկանությունում։ Աշխատանքից ազատվեցին Սյունիքի ոստիկանության մարզային վարչության պետը, տեղակալը, Գորիսի, Սիսիանի, Կապանի բաժինների պետերը։ Նույն օրը նշանակումներ եղան։ Ոստիկանապետի հրամանով ոստիկանության գնդապետ Ալիկ Հակոբյանն ազատվեց Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության պետի պաշտոնից եւ ուղարկվեց կադրերի ռեզերվ։

Երեկ Հակոբյանին հարցրինք՝ կապ տեսնո՞ւմ է իր ազատման եւ մարզում ծավալված դեպքերի միջեւ, գուցե ինքը լավ չէ՞ր կատարում իր պարտականությունները կամ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ճնշում չէր գործադրում, ուստի ազատեցին։ Նա նախ ասաց, որ Սյունիքի իրադարձություններից տեղյակ չէ, ապա նշեց, որ կապ չի տեսնում, իսկ իր պաշտոնանկությունը պետք է դիտարկել ոստիկանությունում պարբերաբար ընթացող փոփոխությունների համատեքստում։ «Բայց Դուք չտեղափոխվեցիք այլ պաշտոնի, ռեզերվում հայտնվեցիք»։ Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ կարծում է՝ շուտով նոր պաշտոնի կնշանակվի, բայց չի ասի, թե ինչ պաշտոնի։ Պաշտոնական առաջա՞րկ է եղել, թե՞ Ձեր ենթադրությունների հիման վրա եք ասում։ «Կներեք, բայց ես 10 ամսից ավել ընտանիքիս չեմ տեսել, այսօր վերադարձել եմ Երեւան, առավոտից իրենց հետ եմ եւ ոչ մի բանից տեղյակ չեմ»։

Հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ պատերազմից հետո Սյունիքում ոստիկանությունն էլի՞ է բախվել նման իրավիճակների, երբ շարքային քաղաքացիները դիմադրություն են ցույց տալիս իշխանություններին, ամիսներ առաջ  խոչընդոտվեց Փաշինյանի այցը, գուցե դրանո՞վ էր պայմանավորված իր պաշտոնանկությունը։ «Քաղաքականության, քաղաքացիների  կարծիքների հետ կապված ես ոչ մի կարծիք չունեմ, ինչ վերաբերում է իմ ազատմանը, կրկնում եմ․ հուսով եմ՝ կրկին կնշանակվեմ։ Ես աշխատել եմ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, կներեք, այլ հարցերի չեմ պատասխանի»։
