ՀՀ-ում նախատեսվում է ներդնել սոցիալական հիփոթեքի համակարգ
ECONOMICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը նախաձեռնել է Հայաստանում սոցիալական հիփոթեքի համակարգ ներդնելու գործընթաց: Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը:
«Հանրապետությունում առկա սոցիալական խնդիրներից առաջնահերթը կացարանի կարիք ունեցող ընտանիքներին կացարանով ապահովելն է, որի բացակայությունն առաջացնում է բազմաթիվ այլ`սոցիալական, առողջապահական, կրթական, ժողովրդագրական խնդիրներ։
Կարևորելով այս հարցի համակարգային լուծումը՝ նախաձեռնել ենք ներդնել սոցիալական հիփոթեքի համակարգը։
Մասնավորապես կացարանի կարիք ունեցող ընտանիքները կկարողանան ստանալ պետության կողմից վարկի մայր գումարի և տոկոսագումարի 100 % սուբսիդավորվող հիփոթեքային վարկ՝ մարզերում բնակարան կամ բնակելի տուն ձեռքբերելու նպատակով։
Կախված երեխաների թվից՝ վարկի գումարը կսկսի 6,500,000 ՀՀ դրամից։ Ընդ որում, ծրագրի շրջանակում կարևորվելու է ընտանիքի սոցիալական վիճակը, և հաշվի առնելով պետության կողմից սուբսիդավորման առկայությունը՝ վարկ ստանալու համար սահմանափակումներ չեն լինելու։
Այս ծրագիրը հնարավորություն կտա մեկընդմիշտ լուծել բազմաթիվ ընտանիքների համար տարիներով անլուծելի համարվող բնակարանային խնդիրները»,- գրել է Առաքելյանը։
