INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը բավականին կոշտ դիրքորոշում է որդեգրել Արևմուտքի նկատմամբ: Այսպիսի եզրակացության են եկել ամերիկյան ու եվրոպական լրատվամիջոցները Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի ամենամյա ուղերձից հետո, գրում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
Արևմտյան որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ հիասթափված են, որ Պուտինը քիչ ուշադրություն է դարձրել Ուկրաինային ուղղված ելույթին, որտեղ այժմ ականատես ենք դառնում քաղաքացիական հակամարտության սրմանը:
Ռուսաստանի թշնամիները կզղջան. այս բառերով է սկսվում իսպանական Pais թերթի հոդվածը Պուտինի ուղերձի մասին։ Ըստ թերթի՝ այն «զարդարված է Արևմուտքի հասցեին սպառնալիքներով»: Միևնույն ժամանակ, հոդվածում ասվում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահը մտադիր չէ «կամուրջներ այրել» և ցանկանում է պահպանել «լավ հարաբերությունները միջազգային հանրության բոլոր անդամների հետ»:
«Պուտինի հայտարարություններն իր ամենամյա ուղերձում ցույց տվեցին, որ Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդն ավելի կոշտ դիրքորոշում է ցուցաբերում իր ենթադրյալ հակառակորդների նկատմամբ»,-գրում է Wall Street Journal-ը:
New York Times-ը նշում է այն փաստը, որ չնայած Ուկրաինայի հետ լարվածությանը, Պուտինն իր ուղերձում «զերծ մնաց ռազմական ոլորտում կամ արտաքին քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ նոր քայլեր հայտարարելուց»:
