Գետահովիտ համայնքում ընտանիքի 4 անդամ սննդային թունավորում է ստացել, 12-ամյա դուստրը մահացել է․ ԱՆ
SOCIETYԱպրիլի 19-ին Գետահովիտ համայնքի 4 բնակիչ (նույն ընտանիքի անդամներ’ հայր, մայր, որդի և դուստր) սննդային թունավորում նախնական ախտորոշմամբ շտապ օգնության մեքենայով ընդունվել են Իջևանի բժշկական կենտրոն։ Դուստրը (ծնված 2009 թվականին), ցավոք, մահացել է։ Ընտանիքի 3 անդամը շտապ օգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխվել են Երևանի առաջին համալսարանական և Մուրացանի բժշկական կենտրոններ։ Բոլորն արդեն դուրս են գրվել։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը։
«Առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի կողմից իրականացված դեպքի համաճարակաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տուժածները կերել են այգուց հավաքած կանաչեղենի տապակա («գինեզոխ» անվանմամբ), որն էլ հանդիսացել է թունավորման հավանական պատճառ։
Լաբորատոր հետազոտություններ կատարելու նպատակով սննդից վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ։ Հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ գինեզոխի 3 նմուշն էլ (հում, շոգեխաշած և տապակած) ունեն սուր թունավոր ազդեցություն։
Սննդային թունավորումներից խուսափելու նպատակով առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ անհայտ ծագման բուսատեսակների օգտագործումից, թունավորման ախտանշանների ի հայտ գալու դեպքում անմիջապես դիմել բժշական օգնության և չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ։
Նշենք, որ Գինազոխում կա 8 տեսակի ալկալոիդ։ Դրանցից երկուսը գամա կոնիկեինը և կոնինը, որոնք ամենամեծ քանակությամբ են, շատ թունավոր են։ Կոնինը խաթարում է կենտրոնական նյարդային համակարգի գործունեությունը և վտանգավոր է մարդու առողջության համար։ Կոնինն արգելակում է նյարդամկանային սինապսները, ունենալով կուրարեին նմանվող ազդեցություն, առաջացնելով շնչառական մկանների պարալիչ, որը թթվածնի պակասի պատճառով առաջացնում է մահ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
