Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրվա կապակցությամբ
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Այսօր մենք կրկին հիշում և գլուխ ենք խոնարհում 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի կողմից հայ ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացված Ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակի առջև:
Այդ դաժան ու սարսափելի ոճրագործությունից անցել է 106 տարի: Փոխվել են ժամանակները, սերունդները, իշխանությունները, սակայն մեկ բան մնացել է անփոփոխ. դա ցեղասպան քաղաքականության շարունակումն է՝ կոպտագույնս խախտելով ու ոտնահարելով միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր նորմերն ու սկզբունքները, մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներն ու օրինական շահերը:
106 տարի հետո էլ մենք կրկին ունենք բռնի տեղահանված ժողովուրդ, նահատակված ու հաշմանդամ դարձած մի ողջ սերունդ, գերության մեջ գտնվող հայրենակիցներ, կորսված հայրենիք: Այսօր Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ապահովում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորքերը: Մենք շնորհակալ ենք նրանց, շնորհակալ ենք բոլոր այն երկրներին ու ժողովուրդներին, պետական ու քաղաքական գործիչներին, կազմակերպություններին ու հասարակ մարդկանց, որոնք օրհասական պահին օգնության ձեռք են մեկնել 1915 թվականին մահվան ճիրաններից փրկված մեր հայրենակիցներին, որոնք այս բոլոր տարիների ընթացքում եղել են հայ ժողովրդի կողքին և սատարել մեր պայքարին՝ հանուն համամարդկային արժեքների պաշտպանության ու պատմական արդարության վերականգնման:
Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումն ու դատապարտումը խոսուն վկայությունն է այդ արժեքներին հավատարմության, ինչպես նաև միջոց մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հետագա ոճրագործությունների կանխարգելման համար:
Հայ ժողովուրդը շարունակում է իր պայքարը՝ շենացնելով իր Հայրենիքը և միշտ վառ պահելով սուրբ նահատակների հիշատակը՝ հանուն ցեղասպանությունների կանխման և հայ ժողովրդի հարատևման:
