ՌԴ-ն երկարաձգում է երկրում անօրինական գտնվողների ժամանակավոր կացության ժամկետը

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը որոշել է երկարաձգել երկրում գտնվելու օրինական հիմքեր չունեցող անձանց և նրանց ընտանիքների ժամանակավոր կացության ժամկետը:

Այս մասին նշվում է ՌԴ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։

Այդ անձանց խորհուրդ է տրվում դիմել Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ տարածքային մարմիններին: Նման քաղաքացիների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների նկատմամբ որոշում կկայացվի ժամանակավոր կացության ժամկետը երկարաձգելու, գտնվելու վայրում հաշվառվելու մասին և կձևակերպվեն համապատասխան թույլատրող փաստաթղթեր:

Նշվում է նաև, որ հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության որոշակի հատվածներում աշխատանքային ռեսուրսների սղությունը, Ռուսաստանում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները կկարողանան օրինականորեն աշխատել շինարարության, բնակարանային և կոմունալ ծառայություններում և գյուղատնտեսության մեջ:

Համաձայն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահի 2020 թ. Ապրիլի 18-ի թիվ 274 հրամանագրի «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց իրավական կարգավիճակի լուծման ժամանակավոր միջոցառումների մասին` կապված հետագա տարածման սպառնալիքի հետ (նոր կորոնավիրուսային վարակ (COVID-19)» այն անձինք, ովքեր գտնվում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում` խախտելով միգրացիոն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգի մնալու կարգը, հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում կարգավորել իրավական իրավիճակը՝ չկիրառելով նման պատժամիջոցներ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մինչ այս հայտարարվել էր, որ Ռուսաստանում անօրինական գտնվող ԱՊՀ երկրների քաղաքացիները, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, երկրից պետք է հեռանան մինչև հունիսի 15-ը:
