ԲՀԿ անդամ Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
2018-ին լրիվ այլ քաղաքական իրավիճակ էր։
Հեղափոխական էյֆորիան շատ մեծ էր, ինչը թույլ տվեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմը լեգիտիմ մանդատ ստանա հասարակությունից։
Բայց դա 2018-ին էր, իսկ հետագա երեք տարիներին բացահայտվեց գործող իշխանության անկարողությունը գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Պանդեմիան, հակահամաճարակային անարդյունավետ պայքարը դարձան տապալված կառավարման առաջին ցուցիչները։
Պատերազմն ու կապիտուլյացիան, այսպես ասած, «ջրեցին» հեղափոխական էյֆորիան՝ գետնին հավասարեցնելով Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի քաղաքական հեղինակության ու լեգիտիմության վերջին նշույլները։
Կապիտուլյացիայից հետո յուրաքանչյուր արժանապատիվ ղեկավարը կհեռանար։ Փաշինյանը դա չարեց՝ ապացուցելով, որ իշխանությունն ամեն ինչից վեր է դասում։
Հետպատերազմյան ընդդիմության հեղափոխական օրակարգը չհաջողեց՝ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ բազմաթիվ պատճառներով, որոնց անդրադառնալ չեմ ուզում։
Մնաց իշխանափոխության միակ լեգիտիմ ճանապարհը՝ արտահերթ ընտրությունները։
Միայն դրանք լեգիտիմ մանդատ կարող են տալ նոր իշխանությանը՝ ներքին և արտաքին բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու համար։
Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր հանդես են գալիս արտահերթ ընտրությունները չեղարկելու օրակարգով, կամ անձնական նպատակներ են հետապնդում, որոնք որևէ կապ չունեն նրանց բարձրագոչ հայտարարությունների, հայրենիքի փրկության հետ, կամ էլ՝ թաքուն պայմանավորվածությամբ ուզում են երկարաձգել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը։
ԲՀԿ-ն նման օրակարգ ունենալ չի կարող ու մտադիր է ակտիվ մասնակցել առաջիկա ընտրություններին՝ դրանցում վստահ հաղթանակ տանելու, երկրի բարգավաճման ու անվտանգության օրակարգը կյանքի կոչելու համար։
