ՀՀ սահմանների փոփոխությունը դեմ է Իրանի շահերին. իրանական ԶԼՄ-ները «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» շահարկումն անվանել են Բաքվի կեղծիքը
ANALYSISԻրանական ԶԼՄ-ները անդրադարձել են Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» ստեղծման մասին հայտարարությանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ պատմության ընթացքում նման միջանցք գոյություն չի ունեցել, և դա պատմության խեղաթյուրում է:
Շեշտվել է, որ Հայաստանի միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների փոփոխությունը դեմ է Իրանի շահերին: Միջազգային իրավունքի հարցերով փորձագետ Ահմադ Քազեմին Fars լրատվական գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում շեշտել է, որ Ալիևն արդեն մի քանի անգամ բացահայտորեն սպառնում է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը, որին Երևանն արձագանքել է ԱԳՆ խոսնակի մակարդակով:
Քազեմիի խոսքով՝ պատմության մեջ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» կոչվող միջանցք գոյություն չի ունեցել, և դա Բաքվի նոր պատմական կեղծիքն է ու որևէ իրավական հիմք չունի: Փորձագետն ընդգծել է, որ Ալիևի խոսքերը ցույց են տալիս, որ Բաքվի նպատակը հաղորդակցական ուղիների բացումը, Ղարաբաղի իրավական կարգավիճակի որոշումը և Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը չէ:
Շարունակելով միտքը Քազեմին հավելել է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ համագործակցաբար Ադրբեջանը փորձում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքով» պանթուրքական աշխարհը կապել և տարածաշրջանում Իրանի աշխարհաքաղաքական կարողությունները վերացնել, Իրանին հեռացնել տարածաշրջանային էներգետիկ անցուդարձից, նաև զսպել Չինաստանին ու Ռուսաստանին ու հարվածել «Մեկ գոտի մեկ ճանապարհ» նախագծին:
Փորձագետը նաև շեշտել է, որ Իրանը դեմ է Հայաստանի միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների փոփոխությանը և հավելել, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան դա գիտակցում են, ուստի փորձում են բազմակողմ ծրագրի միջոցով Իրանը պասիվացնել, և դա իրականացնել Իրանի ընտրություններին զուգահեռ:
Mehr լրատվական գործակալության կայքում հրապարակված հոդվածում ընդգծվել է, որ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջները հակասում են Իրանի շահերին, և Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը պետք է պաշտոնապես դատապարտեր նման նախագիծը: Շեշտվել է, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» ստեղծումը հակասում է նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությանը, քանի որ այնտեղ խոսք է գնում հաղորդակցական ուղիների բացման մասին: Ընդգծվել է, որ պատմության մեջ «Զանգեզուրի միջանք» անունով անցակետ կամ միջանցք գոյություն չի ունեցել և դա պատմության խեղաթյուրում է: Նշվել է, որ Ալիևի հայտարարությունը սպառնալիք է եղել, որի նպատակը միջանցքի բացումն արագացնելն է:
