Արդեն ուրվագծվում է, թե ովքեր են լինելու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գլխավորած նախընտրական ցուցակի առաջին տասնյակում։ Համենայնդեպս, մի քանի աղբյուրներից ստացած ինֆորմացիայի համադրմամբ՝ ցուցակը հետեւյալ տեսքն է ունենալու․ այն կգլխավորի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, երկրորդ համարը կզբաղեցնի ՀՅԴ ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը: Երրորդը պարտադիր կին պետք է լինի․ երկար տատանումներից հետո Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ընտրությունն առաջին կին թեկնածուի հարցում, այդուհանդերձ, կանգնել է արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի վրա, որը ՀՀԿ-ից անցում կատարեց դեպի քոչարյանական ճամբար։ Չորրորդ-հինգերորդ տեղում թերեւս գեներալները կլինեն՝ Սեյրան Օհանյան, Յուրի Խաչատուրով։
Ցուցակի երկրորդ կինը կլինի ՀՅԴ-ական Լիլիթ Գալստյանը։ ՀՅԴ պայմաններից մեկն էլ ցուցակում հավասար ներկայացվածությունը պետք է լինի, որը Ռ․ Քոչարյանի կողմից ըմբռնումով է ընդունվել։ Ապա ցուցակում կլինի մյուս դաշնակից կուսակցության՝ «Վերածնվող Հայաստանի» նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը։ Հաջորդիվ կլինեն Ռ․ Քոչարյանի վաղեմի աշխատակիցները՝ Արմեն Գեւորգյան, Վահե Հովհաննիսյան, Էլինար Վարդանյան։ Նրանք դեռեւս նրա նախագահ աշխատած շրջանի գործընկերներն են, որոնք հավատարիմ են մնացել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահին։ Երկրորդ տասնյակում կլինեն ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր, «Տաշիրի» սեփականատեր Կարեն Կարապետյանի որդին՝ Վահե Կարապետյանը, Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը եւ այլք։
