Արամ Աշոտովիչն այսօր գրել է ամոթի, ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրա բացակայության մասին՝ Նիկոլի ու նրա շրջապատի մոտ: Նա իրավացի է իր զարմանքի ու զայրույթի մեջ. Նորմալ ընտանիքում նորմալ դաստիարակված մարդն ամաչում է այն ամենի համար, ինչ տեղի է ունենում: Այս մասին տելեգրամյան իր էջում գրում է Միքայել Մինասյանը:

«2018 թվականին կարևոր էր ցուցադրել, որ որևէ անթույլատրելի բան չի մնացել: Պետք էր ձևավորել մի մթնոլորտ, որի ժամանակ ընդունելի կհամարվեին անչափահասներին ցույցի տանելը, սեկտանտների աջակցությունն օգտագործելը, ընդդիմադիրների տան մոտ դագաղներ տանելը, բռնության լեզու օգտագործելը, պատերազմում հաղթանակի մասին ստելը, հերոսների շիրիմները ոտնատակ տալը, ամբողջ հայության հավաքած միջոցները չինովնիկների պարգևավճարի համար օգտագործելը:

Այլ խոսքերով ասած, որպեսզի հեղափոխականների համար ամոթալի չլինեին իրենց հանցագործությունները: Ու նրանք չեն ամաչում: Հայ տղամարդու համար մահացու վիրավորական խոսքերը հետ չպահեցին Նիկոլին Սյունիք այցից: Ամոթը հանված է հասարակական դիսկուրսից, որպեսզի ցանկացած ստորություն ընդունելի լինի: Որպեսզի սստորներն ու հանցագործները հոգեբանական դիսկոմֆորտ չզգան:

Այս ամբողջ ամենաթողության արդյունքը դարձավ այն, որ մեզ՝ հասարակության համար ամոթալի չեղան մահերն ու հայրենիքի վաճառքը: Մենք կորցրել ենք ամոթը պատմության առջև: Սենեկան ասում էր, որ ամոթն արգելում է այն, ինչը չի արգելում օրենքը: Ես ավելացնելու բան չունեմ»,-գրել է նա:
