ԵՄ-ն համաձայնեցրել Է Համացանցում տվյալների պաշտպանության նոր խիստ կանոնները

Եվրամիությունը պատրաստվում Է սահմանել Համացանցում տվյալների պաշտպանության միասնական ստանդարտներ. դեկտեմբերի 15-ին ԵՄ-ի անդամ պետությունների, Եվրախորհրդարանի եւ Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչները չորսամյա բանակցություններից հետո համաձայնեցրել են համապատասխան փոխզիջումը:
Ինչպես նշում Է Deutsche Welle-ն, հետագայում օգտատերերն իրենց տվյալների նկատմամբ ավելի մեծ վերահսկողություն կստանան, մասնավորապես, Google-ում եւ Facebook-ում: Նրանց համար կդյուրացվի իրենց վերաբերող տեղեկատվությունը ջնջելը:
Նոր կանոնները, որոնք եվրոպական ԶԼՄ-ներն անվանում են տարվա կարեւորագույն օրենքը, պետք Է ուժի մեջ մտնեն մինչեւ 2017 թվականի սկիզբը, գրում Է The New York Times-ը: Դրանք կփոխարինեն այն նորմերին, որոնք գործում են արդեն 20 տարի՝ 1995 թվականից:
«Նոր համաեվրոպական կանոնները լավ են թե՛ քաղաքացիների, թե՛ բիզնեսի համար,-կարծում Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի՝ արդարադատության հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Վերա Յուրովան:-Բոլորը կշահեն հստակ կանոններից, որոնք համապատասխանում են թվային դարաշրջանի պահանջներին»:
Մինչեւ 16 տարեկան երեխաները եւ դեռահասները պետք Է ծնողներից համաձայնություն ստանան, նախքան կսկսեն օգտվել այնպիսի սոցցանցերից, ինչպիսիք են Facebook-ը, Snapchat-ը, Instagram-ը եւ ուրիշներ, եթե ԵՄ-ի համապատասխան անդամ պետությունն իր քաղաքացիների համար այդ շեմը չնվազեցնի մինչեւ 13 տարեկան, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
