ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսին ներկայացրել է ադրբեջանական կողմի պատերազմական հանցագործություններն ու գերիների վերադարձի հրատապությունը
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսին ներկայացրել է ադրբեջանական կողմի պատերազմական հանցագործություններն ու գերիների վերադարձի հրատապությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջը։
«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն ապրիլի 27-ին ընդունել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի թագավորության խորհրդարանի Լորդերի պալատի անդամ բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսին:
Պաշտպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բարոնուհուն Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խորհրդարանում հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ բրիտանական կառավարության ներկայացուցչի առջև հայ ռամագերիների հանդեպ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի և պատերազմի ընթացքում օգտագործված արգելված զինատեսակների հարցը բարձրացնելու համար:
Արման Թաթոյանը հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացրել է ապացույցներ, թե ինչպես է հայատյացությունն ու հայասպանությունը խրախուսվում Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն իշխանությունների կողմից:
Արման Թաթոյանը նշել է, որ Բաքվում 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսների պատերազմին վերաբերող այսպես կոչված «ցուցահանդես-պուրակը» պետական հովանավորչությամբ ադրբեջանական ցեղասպան քաղաքականության ապացույց է:
Պաշտպանը ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ այդ վայրում հայ զինվորների մանեկեները հատուկ ներկայացված են նվաստացած վիճակում, իսկ պուրակը բաց է անգամ մանկահասակ երեխաների համար:
Արման Թաթոյանը անդրադարձել է նաև Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի հրատապությանը՝ նշելով, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների պահվածքը կոպտորեն խախտում է միջազգային պահանջները՝ գերիներին ներկայացնելով «ահաբեկիչներ» կամ «դիվերսանտներ»:
Պաշտպանը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմի բոլոր զինծառայողները և քաղաքացիական անձինք ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից գերեվարվել են ընթացիկ, շարունակվող զինված հակամարտության պայմաններում, հետևաբար՝ նրանք բոլորն էլ կարգավիճակով գերիներ են, պետք է անհապաղ ազատ արձակվեն և վերադարձվեն հայրենիք՝ առանց որևէ քաղաքական կամ այլ նախապայմանի:
Ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արհեստական ձգձգում, քաղաքականացնում են գործընթացը՝ կոպտորեն ոտնահարելով գերիների և նրանց ընտանիքների իրավունքները, նրանց պատճառելով տառապանքներ և առաջացնելով լարվածություն հասարակությունում:
Բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատանքը:
Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ընդլայնել համագործակցության ուղղությունները»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
